Atmslimm, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
This wasn’t always my dream I wanted to play basketball but my brother woodah was killed in the studio and before he died he kept trying to get me to record with him so I’m not even sure when but at some point I found my way to the studio my friend Nino took me and it’s been my love ever since I use music to express myself always has and not just my sings but suns by other side that say things I may have been thinking or going through what I’m going through like I can strongly relate . I put a lot of hard work into this from late nights open mics and just being around the scene I got here with a lot of help from my team and the most high
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
If be lying if I said it’s been easy , the most challenging thing has really been to get others to support and believe in my dream not every body believes in you or some may be hating on the low many deferent reasons I can’t answer but if I had to pick the hardest thing that would be it nobody wants to be there with you till it’s beneficial they don’t want to help you build the stage but they want to dance on it if that mashed sense
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a artist I put whatever I’m going through or feeling at the time on a instrumental and try to get you to understand my point of view and what’s I’m going through , I’m one of the best at what I do , I’m most proud of the moves I’ve been making as of lately when my dad died in January I told all my friends and family I was putting my all into this music and I’ve been doing just that things that set me apart Is I’m just being me I’m not trynna be something I’m not you gone love or hate me but it’s giving to be the real me not a façade
What do you like and dislike about the city?
The best thing about Orlando is the opportunity’s and the night life it’s so much to do so much happing here you just gotta know where to look who to talk to boy that’s also part of the worst thing shoot the city is the people being selfish it’s not a community like they want you to think they not building you up the only looking for what’s hot they not lending hand’s trying to put the next guy on it’s all about you and your team anybody else just gotta figure it out
