Today we’d like to introduce you to Bethany and Joseph Santiago.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
As a husband and wife team, we were looking for a business to start on our own that would help people reconnect with each other and with the outdoors in ways that we feel have been difficult these last couple of years of Covid. We love to travel and one of our fondest memories come from a wonderful glamorous camping experience we had that made us think of ways we can recreate that experience for people at their locations. We’ve always had a love for nature and a love for creative expression and we knew that we not only wanted to get creative with our business but we wanted it to reflect everything we love and bring people together in ways that cultivate fun memories and great times. Since more people are opting into “staycations” these days we thought to bring the nostalgia of backyard camping back to life and help people reconnect with everything that’s important, plus it calls to the inner child in all of us!
Happy Go Glamping was born with the idea of creating outdoor fun with a luxurious twist so towards the end of 2021 we started working on our business plan and officially launched the beginning of this year with great anticipation. Our Pop-Up/Mobile Glamping company delivers a beautiful, luxury outdoor experience to our clients’ locations. We’re excited about the growth we’re experiencing and everything that’s still to come and all the ideas & possibilities that will continue to flow through our love for this business and the people we serve.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I think the biggest challenges have been battling all the unknowns that come with starting a new business like ours. Because our products and service is unique to our area, we were unsure how well it would be received by the public and if it would even work at all. Taking leaps of faith and believing in ourselves and in our creativity has been key, along with having fun, loving what we’re doing for people and creating with good intentions has been very rewarding. Smooth roads in business don’t exist, there will always be new struggles along our journey upwards but a great mindset/perspective while staying grateful has been what has kept us going through it all.

We create amazing Glamorous camping experiences (Glamping) & Luxury Picnics delivered directly to the clients’ location. Serving all of Central Florida. With different themes available we have something special for any occasion and deliver one of the most unique and beautiful experiences available for a magical night under the stars. Includes everything you need for a memorable night full of fun and/or romance that clients are absolutely loving!
I’m most proud of the great stories and happy memories our clients are sharing with us. And I believe what sets us apart is our goal to help people become reconnected with the things that matter and I believe we’re doing that by providing an environment that conveys Love, Fun and Great times.
