Life & Work with David Rodriguez

Today we’d like to introduce you to David Rodriguez.

Hi David, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My venture began as an immigrant in Florida. I moved here in 1988, and I’ve been in Central Florida ever since. I have overcome lifelong obstacles to reach this point in my life. Currently, I live in Eustis with my wife and two kids, and three dogs.

During covid, I had no choice but to start some mental healing. Surprisingly I came out a better man after the lockdown.

Today, I value myself and my time. In 2012, I decided to go back to school that’s when I found F.I.R.S.T. school. I have always loved music and live shows, and finally, a job that I would love. Shows are always moving and changing there is never a dull moment.

I specialize in audio but love learning new technologies. In my downtime, I love to tinker and build new things as well as fish.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Unfortunately, my childhood was very complex. Surviving poverty, child abuse, and racism.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
As an audio engineer, I work on all things audio from live shows to recordings if it makes noise, I can make it sound better. I love to work!! I need to be physical and moving.

I take all of my work seriously to give my full effort. During my live show work, I got to meet many artists. I get return calls because of my experience and attitude.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
@Drodmedia is my brand you can reach me on your favorite social media app. I am currently looking for a band to help develop and tour with. If it makes noise contact me.
