Iris Jones is a certified V-steam facilitator, Licensed Esthetician, Spa Owner Motivational Business Speaker, and CEO of Every Skin Company LLC. Iris concentrates her time on handcrafting organic and natural products for many men and women all over the world.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in business. Iris became a licensed Esthetician who has seen over 400 clients in the central fl area in less than 2 years. Her desire is to not only perform beauty services on her clients but help them maintain healthy skin on a daily basis.
Only been in business for almost 2 months with her product line. Iris has already served celebrities, processed over 100 orders, made over $5K, and maintained a 97% customer return rate.
Iris loves what she does and her mission is to make sure men and women have a skincare outlet where they can shop on one site and find any product that fits their skin care needs.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I previously owned another successful business where I created all products, labeling, and concept. Unfortunately, I gave up half of the business to my business partner. I wasn’t happy in the business. I felt like my audience and products were for everyone, not just women.
I had to start over and that’s by far the hardest thing I’ve done. You have to literally find new faith, cut ties with the world and seek help from the creator

We should be able to shop in one place to get everything for our family’s needs. No matter what our gender or our background we all have skin. Herbs were created for the skin.
