Originally from Madison, WI the Chinese/American has been a performer all his life involved in music, the arts, and in sports. Although a student of the American Academy of Music, his first love was martial arts. Lee’s background in classical piano and violin was overshadowed greatly by his championship training from martial arts masters Wei Kong Koo and Sang Kee Paik. Lee went on to appear in 7 ISKA World Championship finals, winning 4 in a row on ESPN.
His discovery in 1993 by directors/producers Doug Schwartz and Michael Berke of Baywatch along with wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan led to his notoriety as a film and television villain. Lee is best known for stunts, character villains, and fight choreography in particular in the areas of martial arts weapons and firearms.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
At an early age I witnessed my father beaten up by a police officer in the 1970’s and I fell to my knees and began to cry. Suddenly a “feeling” came over me and I sat up straight and spit to the side and determined that will never happened to me, my family, or anything that I care about ever again. I would move on and train in every major form of hand to hand combat going all the way to the World Championships 7 x on ESPN, winning 4 of them in a row. Although that fateful day in the 70’s was painful, it was also the very fuel that would push me to be the 4x ISKA World Champion. Painful experiences can many times produce very powerful outcomes.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
