Life & Work with Jeimy Reyes Rondon of Orlando

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeimy Reyes Rondon.

Hi Jeimy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My journey started when I was just 15 years old, diving into the world of network marketing. Over the years, I gained experience in sales and marketing, and eventually, as a wife and mom, I launched my own cleaning business in California.

I was already homeschooling my kids back in California, but when we made the big move to Florida during the pandemic, everything changed. I paused homeschooling for two years to focus on adjusting, rebuilding, and figuring things out. But deep in my heart, I knew I wanted to return to homeschooling—this time, without sacrificing time with my kids.

So, I made another shift. I stepped back from building my cleaning business and leaned fully into e-commerce and online marketing so I could work from home and be fully present. That decision was life-changing.

The more I learned about online marketing, the more I loved it. I started creating content, showing up on social media, and helping others do the same. Over the years, I’ve coached and supported people in branding themselves and promoting their businesses in a way that’s authentic and true to who they are. I believe that being uniquely you is what attracts the right clients and opportunities.

Now, I help other moms do the same. I know firsthand that to homeschool, many mothers have to give up a second income. That’s why I’m passionate about helping women build income online—so they can homeschool, be present, and still support their families with purpose and freedom.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My struggles along the way included learning how to truly be myself and discovering my identity in Christ—something I had been missing. I also had to stop comparing my journey to others, especially those in the world, and trust where God wanted me to be.

There were times when we didn’t even have food or enough to pay rent. We faced eviction notices, and we had to rely on EBT. But even in the middle of the struggle, I trusted that God would be there for me.

He made a way. He allowed my husband to step fully into the role of provider so that I could take a leap of faith—stay home, homeschool my kids, care for my family, and build something meaningful online.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I help families switch their everyday shopping to an American-made alternative through the largest e-commerce shopping club in North America—Melaleuca. I also help families create a reliable “Plan B” income stream so they can experience financial peace, especially those looking to homeschool and stay home with their children.

I’m most known for inspiring and equipping homeschool moms online. For years, I built a reputation around branding and helping others show up confidently online. But once I returned to homeschooling, my heart shifted. My focus became clear: to serve the homeschool community with the tools, encouragement, and opportunities they need to thrive—both spiritually and financially.

I also help people improve their health—mentally, spiritually, and physically—with the help of R3, a wellness program that has made a big difference in my life and the lives of others I’ve worked with.

What sets me apart is simple—I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not. I know God made me unique, just like He made every one of us. I’m transparent about my journey. I share the highs and the struggles because I know that’s what helps other moms feel seen and understood. I’m proud to be relatable to the everyday mom—the one balancing entrepreneurship, homemaking, and home education. And those are the women I’m called to serve.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My biggest advice for anyone just starting out is this: be patient with your journey, stay close to God, and don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s middle. Success isn’t always fast, but when it’s aligned with your purpose, it’s fulfilling and lasting. Also, look for community—surround yourself with others who support and understand your journey. And most importantly, know why you’re homeschooling. That clarity is key and will keep you grounded and focused through every challenge.
