Life & Work with Jordan Neal of Parramore

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Neal

Hi Jordan, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Growing up in South Florida, one of the highlights of my week was going to church. Since I wore uniforms to school, Sundays were my chance to express myself through fashion. Seeing everyone in their Sunday best and being involved in dance and performing arts deeply influenced my passion for creativity, self-expression, and style.

A pivotal moment came when I attended the Summer Arts Conservatory at the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center in Miami. That experience exposed me to a world of fashion, art, music, and expression, shaping my creative vision. Miami itself, with its rich blend of cultures and influences, played a huge role in my aesthetic. My Bahamian heritage also instilled in me an appreciation for vibrant colors, bold patterns, and artistic expression.

From those early experiences, I built a career that merges fashion, creative direction, and storytelling. Whether through styling, design, or expression, my goal has always been to inspire others to embrace their own unique identity. Today, as a fashion stylist and creative director, I use my platform to merge culture, innovation, and artistic expression, creating experiences that celebrate individuality and push creative boundaries.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges I faced was trying to build a fashion and creative platform in Orlando—a city that I am not from and a city without a strong creative infrastructure. Unlike Miami New York or Los Angeles, where opportunities are abundant, Orlando’s fashion scene is still developing, which meant I had to create opportunities from the ground up. There weren’t established networks, major industry events, or the kind of support system that emerging designers and creatives typically rely on.

I decided to establish F.A.M.E. DTO which stands for Fashion, Art, Music, and Expression. Creating this platform in a city without a strong creative infrastructure was an uphill battle. There were no blueprints, no guarantees of support, and convincing people to believe in a vision that had never been done before was difficult. I chose downtown Orlando as the location for this programming to highlight the budding arts district and create a space where fashion, art, music, and expression could thrive. However, finding the right venues, securing partnerships, and building a loyal audience required persistence. There were moments of doubt—times when it felt like pushing against a wall—but I refused to let the lack of resources define what was possible.

Through resilience, collaboration, and an unwavering belief in the vision, F.A.M.E. DTO has grown into a platform that not only elevates creativity but also establishes Downtown Orlando as a space for innovative artistic expression. The road wasn’t easy, but the struggle made the success even more meaningful.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a fashion stylist, creative director, and founder of F.A.M.E. DTO, a platform that merges fashion, art, music, and experience. I specialize in curating immersive fashion experiences, styling, and brand storytelling, blending cultural influences with contemporary aesthetics. I’m known for bringing bold, innovative concepts to life—whether through styling high-profile clients, producing creative campaigns, or creating platforms for emerging talent.

One of my proudest achievements is moving to Orlando and building an infrastructure for budding creatives. Unlike major fashion hubs, Orlando lacked a strong industry presence, so I took on the challenge of creating a space where designers, artists, and musicians could thrive. Through F.A.M.E. DTO, I’ve helped bridge that gap, providing a platform that fosters collaboration and creative expression.

What sets me apart is my ability to fuse fashion with storytelling, using culture, heritage, and individuality as key elements in my work. My goal is to continue pushing creative boundaries and inspiring others to do the same.

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is creative freedom and community impact. I believe that fashion and art are more than just aesthetics—they are powerful tools for storytelling, self-expression, and cultural connection. Being able to create without limitations and push boundaries fuels my passion, but just as important is making space for others to do the same.

That’s why building an infrastructure for creatives in Orlando through F.A.M.E. DTO has been such a fulfilling journey. I want to see emerging designers, artists, and visionaries have the opportunities and platforms they deserve, especially in places where those opportunities don’t naturally exist. Representation and access matter, and I strive to be a bridge for creatives who need visibility and support.

At the core of everything I do is the belief that fashion, art, and music should be inclusive, innovative, and deeply personal—a reflection of culture, identity, and limitless creativity.
