Hi Lauren, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started food blogging in 2016. Everywhere I go, I ensure to create content to share my passion with everyone. I think food is a common ground for everyone. We all need to eat!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It is very difficult getting up and running and increasing your followers but when you are taking great photos I find restaurants and hotels want to share your content! I always feel so happy when I see my content being shared.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I actually work in telehealth, but content creation is my passion! My food blog shares content from all over. I always love to see others’ content as well and love to try new things. We all need to fuel our bodies. We all have our favorite dishes. I like to find establishments that are not well known and share their amazing dishes. I also love going to others individuals’ recommendations!
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
I have learned it is difficult to keep up with all the new trends of how to share content! Also, just because something looks good does NOT mean it tastes good. Also some of the greatest restaurants are ones that are least known! Don’t judge a book buy a cover go give it a shot and support small businesses!
