Hi Leigh Ann, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My name is Leigh Ann McNair, and I am the owner of Sacred Moments Massage & Healing Center. As a licensed massage therapist, I graduated from The Florida College of Natural Health in 2003 with an Associate of Science degree in Natural Health Concentration and Advanced Therapeutic Massage.
In addition to massage therapy, I am a Reiki II practitioner, certified neuromuscular therapist, certified sports therapist, certified in cupping massage, certified in pre-natal massage, and a 200hr Yoga Instructor.
From my early days attending classes, I knew I would someday create a health & wellness center for individuals seeking holistic and natural ways to heal and maintain the mind, body, and soul. In 2004, Sacred Moments Massage & Healing Center was born! Over the years, we have grown and now offer a variety of services designed to keep you healthy and whole. We encourage our clients to create a medicine bag full of many healing modalities. When needed, we assist you in choosing which technique will best serve the greatest outcome for your needs and goals. We are here to HELP!
Sacred Moments Massage & Healing Center offers the highest quality massage therapy, facials, natural skincare, and acupuncture in Oviedo, FL. We also believe strongly in the many benefits of yoga and have a wonderful team of instructors!
Additionally, we offer Sound Healings, Tai Chi, Dance Fitness, infrared sauna sessions, organic essential oils, and health and wellness classes. We strive to help clients achieve positive results, carefully tailoring each session to meet individual needs. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
For the most part, it has been a very smooth road. That is why I believe I am truly doing my calling!

I am very passionate about not only my work as a licensed massage therapist, but my teams work. Our staff is highly educated and I only hire the best, We love what we do. We love to help our clients achieve their health goals naturally. Our approach is to not only work “our magic”, but to also educate our clients and give them the tools to help themselves, naturally. Massage, acupuncture, yoga and yes even skin care are all very powerful in helping us maintain our health. I believe if we slow down, take a breath and listen, our bodies & intuition will guide us to wellness. We must learn of to care for ourselves. We Can Help!
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I have 2. First, sitting on my mom’s lap and having her read to me. Second, every night my family sat down together for dinner. This was a time for us to connect, talk, learn & bond as a family.

- Yoga calsses 65 and older along with full time students $10/class. We alos offer packages: 5 for $70, 10 for $130 , 20 for $220 & month unlimited $125
