Hi Maria, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to introduce yourself.
My name is María, and I am an architect, and I have always liked to paint and create things with my hands. I started making things from my own house until my husband decided to support me. We are a Venezuelan couple who started creating designs related to nature. We decided 4 years ago to publish our designs through social networks so that people could appreciate them and feel inspired.
You wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been smooth?
There is never an easy path. We have always had obstacles in terms of time, money, and the arrival of our baby. However, we have always had our goals clear, working hard and being constant.
Please tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others.
I’m Architect, and my husband is a mechanical engineer. I specialize primarily in interior design in the area of production management. I dedicate myself to constructing closets, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. And my husband is a Support Manager for Latin America and Brazil. A technology company that manufactures video cards and several parts of computers, it also serves the customer service and product guarantees area. I am most proud of everything I have achieved in terms of profession and my crafts in such a short time in this country and in another language that is not my native language. What differentiates me from others is that I have always been clear that I have a great artistic talent that I am passionate about. I must take advantage of it and, of course, always count on the support of my family.
What do you think about happiness?
Paint, dance, animals, plants, and create new things for interior decoration. It’s what relaxes me and has made me happy since I was little; it’s something I was born with.
