Hi Oberdam, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Oberdam Aguiar, but everyone here calls me Dam. I’m originally from Brazil and have lived in the United States for 7 years. I’ve worked in graphic design and marketing for almost 18 years, where I excelled as a creative director for global brands. About 4 years ago, I decided to open an Adapt Crew marketing agency here in the United States. Today, our company has over 40 professionals and has delivered over 150 projects in over 17 states across the United States. We are now one of the largest marketing agencies focused on immigrants in the United States, with clients from Brazil, South America, China, and Europe and offices in Florida and Pennsylvania.
Would it have been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Despite appearances, nothing comes easy. However, with tremendous effort and the right team, we’ve seen rapid progress. Our main challenge now is finding top-notch professionals to join our team.
