Hi Rodolphe, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I have been an artist my whole life, I went to college and ended up working for Disney as a scenic artist.
I worked on many attractions including Pandora and Star Wars, it is an amazing job making something look real and captivating to the guests as they walk through the park. After writing three books and creating a collection of Crystal paintings, I knew deep down inside I had a desire for more.
I also knew that the goals, and desires that I had for my life would require another level of income and freedom. So I thought about what I could do to make this a reality.
It came to me that owning a financially successful commercial cleaning was what I was meant to do, I wanted to create a company that was known for its integrity, and supreme excellence in its actions.
Commanding greatness in a business, employees, and yourself is an honor. So I started Nice Guy Commercial Cleaning LLC to create the life that I desired. We are located in Kissimmee, Florida, and serve the surrounding areas including Orlando. As the owner of this company, it is a great privilege to be able to serve our community and provide Superior service.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Technically, if I look back on it creating this company to where it is right now was a lot of work. At the same time, it seems very natural as if everything just lined up the way it was supposed to be.
Another thing is that regardless of what happened, my burning desire to be successful enabled me to not look at any situation as bad. Instead, look at every situation as one step closer to my goal for my business.
Having that type of mindset is invaluable to anyone wanting to have a successful business or anything for that matter.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I have always done art. All kinds of art, painting, airbrushing, sculpting you name it. Even working for Disney as a scenic artist. My proudest piece is a collection of Crystal paintings that I did during the pandemic.
These paintings for me represent humanity’s soul and the beauty of each being that is graced with the gift called life.
We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
I have an intense obsession with seeing something amazing in our everyday lives. For example, most people just walk around and never notice the plants or the trees.
Every time I step outside even if it’s a blade of grass, a leaf, or a stick, to me it is some of the most magnificent works of art that there is. Just looking at nature for what it is… A work of art is a great awareness to have.
