Hi Susie and Lenning, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My husband and I run the truck. We have over 50 years combined in the industry and have a passion for cooking together. We bought the truck from good friends of ours and continue the legacy they created in Orlando. Treehouse Truck is about no worries and amazing recipes. Simple and classic all made with love and passion. For us, it’s about quality and simplicity. We enjoy making people smile and coming back for more.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Lol. Nothing about food truck life is smooth. If it can go wrong, it will. Always be prepared for the worst thing and find the solution quickly! We have been on our way to an event and a mile from the site, our truck decided to stop. Literally stop. We improvised the best we could and always will. Whatever it takes is the way to play the food truck life game.

We love catering events. We bring the truck to you and its beautiful decor and amazing food. We are proud of our menu and what we do. We specialize in fresh hand cut burgers and authentic cheesesteaks. We wouldn’t serve anything we wouldn’t eat ourselves.
what do you do when you’re not on the truck?
We do try to hit the beach at least twice a month. Living so close to the beautiful Florida beaches is a blessing and a great way to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle and reconnect with each other.
