Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracer Foster.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Orlando Executive Tracer Foster Navigates Between Healthcare Operations and Abstract Photorealism
ORLANDO, FL – Tracer Foster, a veteran healthcare executive, navigates between leading multimillion-dollar home care agencies and running a premium digital art studio serving an exclusive clientele.
Foster’s healthcare career began in 2006 at AHF, a non-profit Medicare Advantage and specialty pharmacy organization in South Florida that also operates medical clinics globally to provide life-saving medications. There, he marketed Medicare Part D specialty plans and built community relationships.
By 2008, he transitioned into Medicare home health care, taking on sales management and recruitment roles before rising to Regional Administrator of RHC Home Care in 2010. In this role, he turned around three South Florida East Coast branches—in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Port St. Lucie—driving them from $8 million to a combined $11 million in annual revenue.
In 2012, Foster joined Almost Family as a branch administrator in West Palm Beach and quickly advanced to Regional Director of Operations, overseeing the state of Florida in nine major markets and driving a 25 percent revenue increase. Next, from 2016 to 2019 at Always Best Care Senior Services franchise system, he coached 24 franchise owners across 34 states, contributing to $50 million in annual sales. Then in January of 2020 and just before the pandemic, as Regional Administrator at Breakthrough Behavior which served children with autism, he achieved 310 percent growth with the help of the clinicians, scaling revenue from $4.5 million to nearly $14 million the following year.
In November 2021, Foster founded Tracerized, a boutique consultancy company providing contract services for a home care consultant firm and a senior citizen placement company. Through Tracerized, he delivers strategic roadmaps, operational audits, and staffing solutions to agencies nationwide.
Since February 2023, Foster has served as Senior Home Care Consultant at Kenyon Home Care Consulting, advising private-pay agencies as start-ups, on growth strategies for existing agencies, regulatory compliance, and client acquisition via remote and on-site engagements. In 2025, he also contracted with Hometown Senior Placement to assist seniors identify communities to live here in Orlando where they will have additional social supports and a stronger friend network.
Most recently, on July 18, 2025—his late mother Margo Nelson’s birthday—he launched Abstract Photorealism, a premium creative studio in Orlando that merges digital art with nautical themes for an exclusive clientele. As a tribute to her pioneering spirit and success in underwater photography from 1980-1986, Foster explores the tension between photographic accuracy and surreal imperfection, partnering with interior designers to adorn coastal residences, commercial spaces, and luxury yachts. Images can be found on his website at abstractphotorealism.com and some of those are also brought to life and featured on his YouTube channel @AbstractPhotorealism.
With a foundation of operational excellence and a passion for visionary artistry, Tracer Foster continues to redefine success—whether optimizing patient care or crafting images that invite viewers to dance right through their lives.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Tracer has navigated complex operational challenges in healthcare administration and business development, applying a methodical approach to problem-solving and compliance.
In clinical operations, Foster routinely responded to urgent situations affecting both patients and caregivers. When field staff were injured or a client’s condition deteriorated, he arranged emergency transport, secured replacement personnel in off-hours, and coordinated with medical teams to maintain uninterrupted care.
During his tenure at Almost Family, Foster uncovered a substantial billing fraud scheme at a Southwest Florida branch. He relocated to this Florida city at a moment’s notice for 30 days to lead the investigation, working with compliance officers to strengthen audit protocols, retrain leadership, and restore the office’s integrity—all without disrupting patient services or staff morale.
As Regional Administrator at Breakthrough Behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic, Foster managed a network of clinics, schools, and children’s homes. He implemented stringent cleaning and safety protocols at every site, enabling continuous service delivery to vulnerable populations while adhering to evolving public health guidelines.
Between 2021 and 2025, Foster founded two distinct ventures. In November 2021, he launched Tracerized, a consultancy specializing in home care operations and senior placement services. On July 18, 2025—his late mother’s birthday—he unveiled Abstract Photorealism, a premium nautical art studio serving an exclusive clientele. The studio is a tribute to his mother’s work as an underwater photographer from 1980 to 1986, honoring her legacy by blending photographic precision with abstract, surreal elements. Foster established separate financial, operational, and branding frameworks for each business to ensure clarity, compliance, and focused growth.
By addressing emergencies, overseeing a fraud investigation, implementing pandemic-era protocols, and launching two companies with disciplined oversight, Tracer has demonstrated a consistent ability to uphold service quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic innovation across diverse professional arenas.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
All of the above! My attention to detail, ability to hyper organize and streamline efficiencies means that I will get there first. If I am passionate about a vision or a venture, I set sail. To have re-discovered this creative vision sparked by my mom many years ago, I am excited for the future and plan on these being my retirement businesses.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
The thing that makes me the happiest is when I see other people identify their passion, and nothing will stand in their way to achieve their dreams. When people are truly nice and appreciative of what they have and accept others for who they are, my heart sings. There is nothing I want more than for people to be happy and make the world a better place.
