Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started with tarot as a little girl learning from my aunts and cousins back in Puerto Rico and in New Jersey, and it followed me throughout my life. About 4 years ago, I had a huge spiritual awakening, and in becoming a Devotee to La Santa Muerte, I took my tarot business public. I have been doing readings professionally for 3 1/2 years with over 10 years of tarot reading experience.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not always been a smooth road; life is not linear. I have found myself go through phases where I even stopped reading tarot in order to rediscover myself and my other psychic and creative abilities through religion, brujería, and espiritismo. I always come back to tarot as it is my favorite form of divination for the “right now”.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
What’s sets me apart from others is that I take reading Tarot seriously. I don’t use it to see the future or to give false hope to my clients. I helped them through their hard times, in their current situation, guide them through experiences that maybe have some type of influence or misunderstanding that can create blockages and obstacles in their waking life. I also use Tarot as a way to allow others to find faith in themselves and to empower themselves without shame or judgment. I am also known for other forms of divination like egg cleanses & their interpretations, candle interpretations, and perform appropriate community and private altar services.
What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future is to continue to utilize my gifts as a way to bring a beautiful difference into everybody’s lives. I am looking forward to seeing my business grow, however it is a little part of my very big journey to creating peace and harmony in the life that I am living. No big changes for now, but we will see what is down the road as the universe permits it.
