Meet Alyssa Soule

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alyssa Soule.

Hi Alyssa, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I started doing Cryo after I was introduced by a great friend of mind named Christy, who started in tanning and then got into the Cryo Industry herself. I was seeing the amazing things she was performing on people with no pain, no injections or needles, and no downtime. It seemed too good to be true, and then I saw it for myself. She lives in South Carolina, while I live in Florida. Therefore, I was so impressed and taken back at the change I could make in people’s lives I decided this is what I wanted to do myself and started the late night early morning plane rides to be trained under her wing. I spent six months deep diving and learning every trick of the trade for maximum results. Everything I do, I do full-heartedly. It’s now been 2.5 years of running my own Cryo business, and I am still overwhelmed when I hear clients tell me I’ve changed their life, I’ve boosted their confidence, and became friends along the way. My main concern is giving my clients their life back and making them feel beautiful in their own skin again. I get to wake up and do this every day, and it is such a blessing. Cryo is truly the most holistic treatment you can perform on your body, so not only are we achieving results as those who undergo more intensive treatments, we are doing so while only boosting the skins elasticity, promoting collagen growth, and smoothing out fascia from the inside out. The benefits are almost endless. Today, I am beyond proud to be a woman business owner, self-made, self-funded, and am able to keep my prices reasonable to help out any client; I get to look at work as improving my client’s livelihood and not like paycheck. Cryo is getting more popular throughout the years, and it excites me deeply as I hear everyone’s personal stories, how they’ve got here, and coming up with treatments plans and then executing real results; nothing makes me happier. My passion for Cryo grows every day.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest struggle along the way is that learning business can be very cutthroat. I originally started with a business partner who actually got away with robbing me. Someone I trusted and had known for a long time. Being a first-time business owner, I thought I did everything correctly; I failed by not splitting our lease on the building. She locked me out and stole my equipment. It’s easily one of the most devastating times that’s ever happened in my life. I went through shock, betrayal, and then I turned around and said I’m not giving up. I will not let this be the end of my journey. I had immense support from family and friends who helped put me back together, gave me the confidence I needed, and got back to doing what I love, now it’s been 1.5 years, and I’m still going strong. I’ll always remember that day, but now I can look back at it and use it for fuel to be the best in my industry one day and give my clients the best of me every day. I’m proud of myself for how much I’ve overcame and the successful business I’m running today,

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I specialize in performing Cryo Slimmings and Tonings; Cryo Slimmings are permanent fat loss, yes permanent; we use a process called Cryo T Shock to induce apoptosis in the body. Apoptosis naturally occurs in our bodies, we just induce it; we do this by rubbing a cold wand or paddle over the skin; it starts off warm-inflating the fat cell and making it nice and plump. The wand then automatically goes to a cold temperature anywhere from -4 to +4 Celsius. This process is very comfortable and feels like an icy massage. During this time, we are grabbing and freezing all of those fat cells we just plumped. Crystallizing them, relatable to a marble. The wand then goes back to warm bursting the fat cells and getting rid of them permanently; this may sound intense but couldn’t be further from it. It’s so comfortable most clients fall asleep or work on their phones. This process then induced apoptosis, and your fat cells will simply leave your body through your lymphatic drainage. So easy for the client, but yet such an effective treatment, each session is like a building block; it gets better and better each time. This treatment can be used for anyone looking to reduce fat.

A Cryo Toning is smoothing out cellulite and lifting the area. This can be used anywhere on the body. We again use the cold wand, but only cold, there is a certain motion we use with the wand to create vasoconstriction and vasodilation to create a cellular response deep within the skin which in turn creates collagen. Again, these build on top of each other and get better each time; what’s great about this treatment is that this is not superficial; we still reach the fascia level without going below the skin or using any needles,

What sets me apart from others is that I always bring my best treatment plan; if something isn’t working as what I thought it would, I’m going to make it right and try another process. Whatever the client needs, I’m going to do. I’m here for results and to change lives. I’ve learned different techniques to induce quicker results like incorporating radio frequency when needed or adding an extra session on the house to make that client smile; I’ve been doing this long enough I can look at everyone’s body and figure out what will work best for them, experience is everything, there is definitely a learning curve when dealing with intimate insecurities and also having my clients as comfortable as possible.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Important lessons from Covid I’ve learned every spa is not the same. I take pride in the cleanliness and safety we provide. Most of my clients have been affected by Covid -19, and it made me aware that this was much more than an infectious diseases for most. It’s been trauma, life-changing events, and created insecurities for many. I’ve learned so much through my clients and listening to their perspectives.
