Historical background of entrepreneurship stemming from the lands of Circle of Life – Tanzania to crossing over the Atlantic Ocean and shadowing family footsteps into solutions in real estate development in Central Florida. The journey has evolved and expanded into real estate brokerage solutions to investor-clients seeking income producing properties to business owners needing more space from leasing to purchase of commercial assets
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey has been learning from lessons along the way for growth and development in a rapidly evolving industry. The market has been cyclical from experiences of the 2007 recession to high demand sites for multi family land acquisitions and multi offer bidding for real estate shifts during the COVID reset to supply chain delays and rising construction costs post COVID global shockwaves. The key is to be persistent on market knowledge updates and keep the focus momentum on going regardless of the cyclical shifts – able to handle highs and lows with calmness and educating clients by providing solutions and connections..
