Pixie Dust Planners was founded over 10 years ago with a mission to provide personalized itinerary planning services for visitors to Walt Disney World. Our goal was to help travelers maximize their time and make the most of their Disney experience, especially with the addition of new tools like Disney Genie.
As Disney’s offerings continue to evolve, we’ve adapted our services to ensure that guests have all the information and guidance they need to make the most of their Walt Disney World vacation. Today, Pixie Dust Planners continues to grow and expand, working hand-in-hand with guests all over the world to create customized travel experiences in Walt Disney World that are truly magical.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Despite our mission to deliver exceptional services to our clients, Pixie Dust Planners had slow growth at the very start. We persevered, however, and as more travelers to Walt Disney World discovered the value of our services and referrals from our past clients started coming in, we began to experience rapid growth. As our business expanded, we recognized the need to hire additional planners to keep up with demand. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic hit the travel industry hard and deeply impacted our business. The pandemic led to canceled or postponed trips, lost revenue, and a steep decline in new travel bookings.
We are proud to say that we have rebounded from the pandemic successfully. As travelers return to Walt Disney World in droves, we are seeing business pick up once again. Our services are in higher demand than ever before as guests clamor to make the most of their time in the parks. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to help people create unforgettable memories at Walt Disney World and are looking forward to a bright future ahead.

We measure our success by the happiness and satisfaction of our clients.
We want them to return home from their Walt Disney World vacation feeling like they had the time of their lives and made lasting memories with their loved ones. Ultimately, our success is also reflected in the fact that many of our clients come back to us for their subsequent Disney trips or refer us to their friends and family.
