Today we’d like to introduce you to Angel Torres.
Hi Angel, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Born in Central Florida, my name is Angel Torres. Since I was younger, I have enjoyed entertaining others and have always been super creative. Life can be difficult, but I get satisfaction by simply putting a smile on someone else’s face or, better yet, making them laugh! We all go through trials and tribulations, but we never know how much impact we may have on one another; my goal is to make interactions positive consistently.
My story started as wanting more in life; I see myself as an extraordinary individual capable of anything I put my mind to. With that being said, I lacked direction, followed by a heartbreak from my high school sweetheart, and I didn’t know where to turn. I decided to model and act, pursuing my dreams as a professional recording artist. Unfortunately, modeling gigs were unreliable and were few and far between for an aspiring male model. I picked up photography as a side hustle as the “Instagram model” movement took off in 2017; I decided it was the perfect time to capitalize and maximize my income and exposure.
Business took off! Myself and a friend eventually began a legitimate photography business together. We started at my first tiny apartment in Altamonte Springs, FL. We were trying things out and didn’t know what to expect. I purchased everything I would need online: a professional Canon camera, lenses, backpack, backdrops, stands, professional strobe lighting, umbrella, etc. We invited a few friends we knew over for free shoots, and before we knew it, our first booking was made. We grew our business and got bookings every week, mainly using Instagram and word-of-mouth references! Fast forward, we expanded to a new studio location in Downtown Orlando. To this day, my business is still active on Groupon, and we are always excited to work with new clients in the Wedding and Music Industry! Since then, I decided to focus my efforts on what I want for my future: a career in the entertainment industry. I am “Royale T,” an independent recording artist, internet personality, professional actor, and fitness/fashion model who strives to get the most out of life through hard work and dedication to my craft. I have always been destined to stand out and be someone of high importance by consistently striving for excellence. I specialize in creating unique and diverse projects, whether for YouTube or to enrich my music career.
Royale T is on a mission to shape his future into a bright and fruitful one by becoming the quintessence of entertainment! Angel strives to make his fans happy by delivering supreme content to his supporters. He couldn’t do it without all of you and will be eternally grateful.
I’m sure it had its obstacles, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been a challenging road. Many struggle to “find themselves,” and I believe some never do. It takes a certain level of honesty and discipline within oneself to truly realize who we are, and at the end of the day, we are all still learning and growing. Throughout my life, I have learned many, many difficult lessons. I am grateful for each of them; as difficult as each was, I learned something. Turning a negative into a positive is one of my mantras, and I live by it! We must always find out the true reason behind the events in our lives. However, we are to accept them and move forward. Life is too short to live in regret; learn something, and move on, and whatever you do, don’t make the same mistake twice! I have struggled with love, I have struggled with money, I have struggled with happiness, and I still struggle with each of them to this day. It is important to remind ourselves we are just human, and we will make mistakes, have regrets, and have troubles. We all face them. I have learned to embrace life’s challenges and make the most of each situation. Yes, it is cliche, but it is also the truth. Luckily, I have found a team of supporters and individuals willing to go through the same struggles alongside me and not give up like so many of my business partners have in the past. We are all exactly where we need to be. Embrace life, and live it to the fullest before it is too late!
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might need to become more familiar with it, what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a hard-working individual full of creativity and ideas. I am currently working on releasing my professional-sounding music. I seek a reliable production team to grow with me throughout my journey. This is my career, and I am trying to perfect my craft as much as possible. I understand there is a lot of competition, so I raise the bar every time I record in the studio. I am also an actor. I am the main character, “Jack,” in an upcoming independent film titled “Immortal Love.” The film will be released to independent film festivals upon completion and is currently over 1 hour & 30 minutes long. I have acted in live audience plays and am also creating my movie script for an independent film directed by myself and my editing team to be released within the following year. I am also a YouTube personality, one of the main characters named “This” in an upcoming YouTube series titled “This, That, & The Third.” After completion, the series will be released to YouTube and is 5 episodes long. I am also a video director and have directed countless music videos, private advertisements, commercials, and much more! I have also edited for hours upon hours the same videos alongside my editing team to perfection, using programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Wondershare Filmora. I am also a fashion and fitness model affiliated with multiple modeling agencies in Orlando and Miami. I have modeled for clothing brands on the runway, advertisements for print and online, have been featured in a video game using 3D imaging, have modeled for restaurants and food brands, and have been cast as an extra for Universal Studios Orlando and a Netflix Series known as “La Firma,” or “The Signing.” I am also an Event Host and photographer: I have hosted multiple independently funded photography & modeling events in collaboration with clothing vendors, modeling agencies, & freelance photographers/videographers. I am familiar with editing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. In 2018, I started a photography & entertainment business named “Royale Towers Entertainment,” where I ran as the owner & operator with multiple business partners & collaborators. I still own this business.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
One surprising fact about me is that I love playing Call of Duty and am good at it! I will begin streaming my gameplay shortly. I also speak Spanish, which may surprise some. However, it shouldn’t be because my parents are Puerto Rican and fluent Spanish speakers! I also have an Alaskan Klee Kai, a beautiful little dog known as a Miniature Husky, which is pretty cool!
