Today we’d like to introduce you to Austin Campbell
Hi Austin, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
As a younger child I always found myself listening to music. Something drew my attention I couldn’t figure out. The older I became I went through choir in highschool and even started picking up guitar wanting to learn more about music. The summer before college I went on a school trip to michigan where I met someone who made music, which I thought was only possible in recording studios but he could do it whenever he wants at home in his room. Learning from CEOwen I became inspired to start writing and eventually recording songs just for fun. eventually I realized I loved doing this and I wanted it to be something I did for the rest of my life, including a dream of opening a studio and venue.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
compared to a lot I have been very fortunate, but I also just started this year so not much has happened as of yet. Any obstacles that I do face I just hope for the best and try not to worry about what I cannot control!
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in recording vocals and writing music, I’m currently learning how to do many other things including mix but also be able to throw live performances for upcoming underground artists. For my company I want the music to come first not the money, as in make sure other people have a platform to grow past where they are now and evolve
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
My friends and family, connections are important for anything and the first connections I had were my family being able to help me grow into the person I am by teaching me valuable lessons.
