Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Thompson.  

Hi Brittany, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I started out years ago as a young worker in 9 to 5 management positions. The employer’s business would change, and everybody would get laid off. Finally, I said enough! A few of my best friends were entrepreneurs. That inspired me to give business ownership a shot. I knew working online would give me the most options while providing the freedom I craved. I started out as a Virtual Assistant billing $10 an hour. Then became an Executive Assistant with higher rates at $25 to $50 an hour. But the whole thing got super boring. That’s when I met Beejal Palmer. He became my mentor and taught me everything about systems, processes, and delegation. This was a real eye-opener. I now understood how to make any business run like a well-oiled machine, achieve far greater efficiency with lower costs and higher profits, and do it all on autopilot which gave the owner lots of free time and the ability to focus on their passions and live their dream lifestyle. Here were the keys to escaping limited pay and boring work. It was the pathway to growing a business quickly, earning 5x or 10x more, and filling the experience with freedom, fascination, and fun. That’s when I became a Business Process Outsourcing Strategist. I mastered the skill set and quickly found myself an expert in this field of work. Referrals flooded my inbox and never stopped. I was overwhelmed with gratitude. I had finally found my passion. I loved this work. And I especially fell in love with the Freedom it offered. 

Since then, I have developed the in-demand skills and advanced knowledge required to be a Fractional COO/OBM. I have helped hundreds of businesses transform their operations for far greater success and ease of operation. My passion is helping You succeed. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I don’t see anything as “struggling”; I prefer lessons learned. Getting to the next level in business or life, in general, is ultimately about self-reflection, discipline, and sacrifices. The universe provides the path of least resistance; are you willing to take that path? There will always be bumps in the road, heck, road blocks – however, it’s what you do with those situations that matter. You have to be able to see the beauty in your journey. You have to be able to appreciate the good and the bad.

I am a fractional coo |online business manager |obm educator! I provide OBM|FCOO retainer services to CEOs that are currently experiencing overwhelm in any or all of the following areas of business:

I also teach digital professionals, corporate professionals, and 9-5’ers how to experience time + financial freedom through leveraging their skillsets! I am most proud of my resilience, and my support system, and I don’t know where I would be without my team (and those who have helped me over the year). If there is one thing I know, you can’t do it alone. 

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Passion. In this field, you truly have to love your client’s business(es) just as much as they do in order for the working relationship to thrive. You have to be intentional with who you bring onto your client roster.
