Meet Cait Rainey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cait Rainey.

Hi Cait, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Born in a small town, in Canada and raised with deeply rooted family trauma, I matured quickly and began to make sense of the world through my own lens of curiosity. From a young age, I was a passionate, enthusiastic learner, who creatively expressed herself, and had a heart for chasing adventure. I dedicated myself to community involvement, volunteer work, mission work, and global travel opportunities. I was blessed with many mentors and wise elders on my path, those who really helped shape my character and inspired my continuous growth.

Developing strong morals and values, with my love for people, I graduated with a degree in Law and Communications. I continued to seek work and travel opportunities, walking a variety of career paths, as a Thai English Teacher, Holistic Farm Intern, Disney Cultural Representative, Landscaper, Barista, Yoga Teacher, and Wellness Retreat Facilitator.

It was not until my early 20’s that I realized, that birth control, toxic mold exposure, and heavy metals and parasites from travel had done some serious damage to my internal systems. I became very passionate about healing myself, and I began to shift my lifestyle, values, and choices to a more holistic approach. I traveled to India to study Yoga & Ayurveda, China to study Qigong, Japan to study Forest Bathing, and Costa Rica to learn about our symbiotic relationship to everything. I became a Holistic Health Coach and Spiritual Mentor to hold space for others who are waking up on their transformation journey.

I quickly realized the power of our own innate healing abilities. I began to break dogmatic perspectives, experience deep inner unity, and evolve my understanding of the quantum realms. Meditation has helped me expand my layers of consciousness, and movement and stillness became my medicine. The more I healed, the more sensitive, intuitive, and connected I became. Through my own studies in holistic modalities, eastern philosophy, evolution, and alchemy I have come to believe, that we can live far beyond 200 years old. I have a drive for intuitive innovation and feel we are just waking up to what we are capable of.

I consider myself a Contemporary Social Alchemist, dedicated to raising the vibration of our people and the frequency of our planet through creating coherence and teaching heart-centering practices. I am focused on helping our collective expand their awareness, find greater purpose, build a life in alignment, and activate one’s fullest potential. I feel the interconnected web of life very deeply, and I offer my energy for sacred ceremonies, allowing for intuitive guidance to help me cultivate a space for high-frequency celebrations and gatherings.

I have been channeling within myself, seeking answers for some time, so my current platform is called Channel Within. I now focus my work on multidimensional existence for greater longevity and am pursuing a career in public speaking, podcast hosting, community unity, holistic retreats, and conscious company culture development. I am the founder of Conscious Nona, a Lake Nona community collective passionate about cultivating an intentional, conscious, and value-based culture, and igniting grass-root change and initiatives for quantum evolution.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I come from a family of narcissism, and it has been an intense journey of healing from control, manipulation, codependency, and thinking I had to prove myself to the world. I am a recovering perfectionist. The journey of self-awareness, and the practice of yoga and meditation have been real game changers.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I consider myself a Contemporary Social Alchemist and a Longevity Health Coach, teaching personal and group Yoga, Meditation, Qigong, and Breathwork. I offer my energy to the Lake Nona Performance Club and teach in the Chopra Mind-Body Zone in Lake Nona. I am passionate about sharing Deepak Chopra’s mission and vision and I am known for my holistic, dynamic, energy-focused approach to life. Additionally, I am known for facilitating healing sound baths and working individually to help clients recalibrate their chakra energy centers. Hosting retreats, workshops, ceremonies, and offering personal development experiences for large groups has also become a big part of my work.

I am most proud of my healing journey and how far I have come. I think what sets me apart is my vast travel background, immersive life experience, dynamic understanding of our existence, and enthusiasm and passion for living a highly vibrational self-cultivated life. I am known as Cait, who is authentic in nature and constantly changing and growing.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
From a young age, I was a passionate, enthusiastic learner, who creatively expressed herself, and had a heart for chasing adventure.
