Hi Charlene, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
As an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of serving a diverse clientele, including corporate entities, celebrities, and numerous other discerning customers. Although my journey has been marked by challenges, I’ve remained steadfast in my commitment to success, driven by my responsibilities as a mother of three and the sole child of my mother. I’m thrilled to announce the forthcoming launch of my new venture, which will bring a touch of Southern flair to my hometown of Winter Garden, Florida conveniently located at 13391 W Colonial Drive. My passion for cooking has been a constant source of inspiration, evolving from humble beginnings as a family cook to catering for large groups and high-profile events, ultimately culminating in the establishment of CC’s in 2005. The concept of CC’s was conceived at one of our local radio stations here in Central Florida. As I continued to hone my craft, I found immense satisfaction in the quality, presentation, and taste of my cuisine. It has been a truly gratifying experience to discover that my cooking has the power to evoke emotions and create lasting memories. I extend my sincerest gratitude to everyone who has supported my business over the years. I have built my brand on a foundation of love, and I am deeply indebted to GOD, my loyal supporters, and dedicated staff, without whom CC’s Kitchen would not have achieved its current level of success.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. A lot of late nights, marketing mishaps, financial challenges due to supplies, monthly fees, etc. and

Started 2005 and soon to open a brick and mortar located at 13391 West Colonial Dr, Winter Garden, Florida. We will serve Southern flavored cruises. Fresh food with Southern flavor, such as smothered liver and onion, turkey w/cornbread dressing, collard greens, baked macaroni cheese, candied yams, etc.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The quality of my product, the taste of love and our customers. We can’t make it without GOD and our customers.
