Hello CryptoCasa, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
We’re a Real Estate investment company. We figured out that being part of the Real Estate Industry wasn’t for everybody due to the amount of money it requires. But we also are fond of crypto technology and new trends of investment models. So, we decided to come up with a crowdfunding investment model in which different invest0rs can buy shares, represented in digital security tokens, from a property. This property is going to be destined to be a thematic vacation rental as it our first property ARTHOUSE 851, so it’ll generate monthly dividends. The dividends we’ll be paid through a digital wallet.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
No, it hasn’t. Because we have to build the trust of people and start showing that we are real, safe, and transparent. As a matter of fact, we now are renting our first property in Hollywood, Fl.
What are your plans for the future?
We want to expand our property’s portfolio and keep opening our offerings to US market, LATAM, and, in later on, Europe.
