Meet Danielle Charlton of Orlando

Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Charlton.

Danielle , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My small business began back in 2016 with a simple idea and a little creativity. I started by making fun earrings featuring faces, never imagining how much that small idea would grow. What began as a hobby and a handful of unique designs has evolved into a collection of over 100 acrylic products! My passion has always been creating pieces that make people smile and bring back the nostalgia of growing up in the ’90s and 2000s. From iconic pop culture moments to the little things that instantly take you back, each product is designed to spark a memory and bring a little joy. What started with one pair of earrings has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I’m so thankful for everyone who has supported my small business along the way. I can’t wait to keep creating, growing, and bringing even more nostalgic memories to life!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing is a smooth road- there’s been markets that were discouraging and disappointing, there’s been customer interactions that made me almost want to quit but the joy of making fun and whimsy items out weight all the negative experiences I’ve had along the way.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I create nostalgic acrylic products inspired by the joy and memories of growing up in the ’90s and 2000s. What started in 2016 with fun face earrings has grown into a collection of over 100 unique products. I’m most proud of building something from a simple creative idea and turning it into a business that brings people happiness and a little trip down memory lane. What sets my work apart is the combination of creativity, nostalgia, and unique designs that help people reconnect with the things they loved growing up.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
All the time I got to spend with my family. You realize when you get older that you never get missed time back.
