Today we’d like to introduce you to Desiree Bailey.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I purchased my first home in 2020. This was an interesting experience for me because I’ve never had that much space to decorate. Honestly, that’s where the inspiration came from. It definitely was a process decorating and finding the right statement pieces, but it was enjoyable. I wanted to share this new passion with others so I decided to open Luxe Home Decor by Desi.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Owning a business is not a easy task. Some months are really good revenue wise and others, not so good. You just have to stay consistent with your marketing, provide exceptional service to your clients, remain focus on your business purpose and be as organized as possible.

I started Luxe Home Decor by Desi to share my passion of decorating with the world. My brand is aimed to create spectacular spaces in each and every home. We offer affordable luxury pieces from feather chandeliers to hand-painted vases. I myself am known for my passion for fashion and travel. On the business side, I have years of experience in data analysis and business analytics. I’ve incorporated these components of myself into my business. I am most proud of the brand for providing quality items and superior customer service. In August 2022, the Luxe Home Decor by Desi Reed Diffuser will be making its debut in various scents. I am so excited about this product, it‘s going to have every home looking and smelling like money !!

I like that the women in my community are supporting each other on every level. Reach one teach one.
