Hi Diane, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I modeled for over 15 years for Wilhelmina Models in New York. As a full-time model skincare and self-care were a priority. My passion for beauty, skincare and fashion collided. Fast forward, I decided to turn my passion and experience in beauty and skincare into a business where Amores Spa was birthed. I attended Esthetics School and received my license to perform skincare and beauty services. I truly love skincare and aging gracefully is our aim at Amores Spa.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting any type of business is truly challenging. Being informed about opening a business can be overwhelming. It takes time, dedication and consistency along the way to help carry you through the highs and lows. As the world develops in marketing and social media hardest part has been to keep up to date with the latest. Amores Spa is growing daily and we are here for the log haul.

Amores Spa specializes in customized skin care treatments and beauty services. We thrive in producing results and educating clients. Amores Spa is a lane of its own because it educates the client about skincare and skincare products. We want our clients to have confidence while in our care and at home. Every client has its own concern and we customize treatments based on client’s concerns.
Our beauty services vary from tint and henna brows to body and facial wax.
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
