Today we’d like to introduce you to Erin Ruddy.
Hi Erin, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My career started in Fashion Merchandising in NYC and has evolved into designing products, trend forecasting, and art direction. I’m now the Creative Director at an established art gallery in South Florida while I work on a personal body of work featuring portraits of women.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I have struggled every step of the way but every time I’ve failed, I’ve learned a great lesson.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
NFTs will continue to dominate the conversation and become even more important in the fine art industry as we evolve with technology.
