Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabriela and Luis Tzoc-Maysonet.

Hi Gabriela and Luis, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hi! Thank you so much for having us. We are super grateful for this opportunity and sharing our story. Luis Primetime Cleaners officially came into existence on June 30th, 2022. One day I randomly sat down and told my wife, “Babe, I wish to open a pressure washing business.” My wife, Gabriela, insisted that I also do lawn maintenance and car detailing. I remember her stating that I had many years of work experience with a little bit of everything: mobile detailing, lawn maintenance, pressure washing, construction, mechanic, and in general maintenance work and that I should put it to use by working for myself. I felt so hesitant and didn’t allow myself to actually believe that I could as much as she believed in me. I remember being so upset as she booked me with two lawn maintenance gigs. However, after doing the second gig, I quickly feel in love and knew that is what I also wanted to! Quickly after, I upgraded my lawn maintenance equipment and purchased new car detailing equipment as I knew my wife was right all along. We were three weeks in and before we knew it, we were getting booked left and right for all three services that we had to offer! Messages request from Facebook as well as regular text messages and phones calls were all coming in, we were super happy.

We would like to also take this time and give many thanks to our clients for choosing us and allowing us to be where we are today! Without them, this wouldn’t be possible. I would also like to thank my wife for believing in me and always letting me know and reminding me that the sky is the limit.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Operating a business is never easy. There will always be many ups and downs. However. One of our struggles at first was getting customers. As a new company coming out, in an environment where there are many establish companies with clients already. It was super hard. But we made it through and are very thankful for our current clients who have been by our side since day one and of course to our future clients!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Hi! My name is Gabriela, for those who don’t know I am the secretary at Luis Primetime Cleaners. I take care of giving estimates, taking payments, appointments (rescheduling, scheduling, and confirming), promoting as well as mowing (girl power). I am most proud of my husband for coming to me with this idea and investing money to buy equipment we needed to do other people’s lawn. Seeing how he got out of his shell and is doing a very awesome job at this is great! I couldn’t be more proud. More importantly, I am proud of him and I for working together and how far we have come now with our small family business versus the first day we have opened. I never in a million years would’ve thought we would be where we are at today. I was so sacred, and now I think back and ask myself, “scared of what, Gabriela?”. What sets us apart from others is the excellent customer service experience I give to our customers as well as the attentiveness I provide to them.

What makes you happy?
What makes us happy is doing what we love to do while serving our community! Community is everything to us. We are firm believers of community being the foundation to success.
