Hi Gianna, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello! My name is Gianna Deannuntis. I am the owner of Orlando Grazing. I graduated high school in 2020 and started Orlando Grazing in October of 2021. In 2020, my mom and I started a luxury picnic company (The Picnic Fairy & Co.) and I’ve helped manage the company in Orlando for over two years. After about a year of growing The Picnic Fairy & Co, I went searching for my own niche in the company. After attempting to gain a new hobby and small business, after 3 months I’d tried to bake, create flower walls, and even more. I finally came across beautiful charcuterie boards and the demand for them in our company. I knew that with an eye for design you can make anything come to life, even food! After 7 months in business, we are so proud of where we’ve come and so excited to see where our small business will take us in the future.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
After finally finding my niche, starting my business was smooth sailing and it let me know that it was meant to be. I enjoy making boards, seeing clients smile when they receive their boards, and meeting new people every day!

Orlando Grazing specializes in beautiful charcuterie boards, grazing tables, chocolate-covered strawberries, sweet treat boxes and much more! We can curate grazing tables for up to 100 people! It’s perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, family reunions, date nights, parties, or just because! Our customer service and personalized work is what set us apart. We offer different types of boards, foods, and themes depending on the occasion for our clients.
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Growing up I faced many challenges trying to find my “talent” or place in the world. I needed to find a hobby and it wasn’t until I started Orlando Grazing that I finally found something that I enjoy doing and that I can be proud of. On a normal day growing up, I was helping take care of my little sister that has special needs. As I grew older, I realized I loved meeting new people, serving, and giving people a reason to smile. As my business continues to grow, I love that I can focus on my work while still having time to spend with my family.
