My Passion for Travel: From Studies to Creating Unforgettable Experiences
As long as I can remember, my heart has beaten to the rhythm of adventure and discovery. I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of exploring new horizons and sharing the beauty of destinations with others. This innate passion for tourism was the driving force that led me to pursue my degree, a journey I completed in 2024.
After earning my degree, I felt a deep need to specialize in an area that would allow me to directly impact people’s experiences. I realized that becoming a travel agent was the ideal path to merge my passion with meaningful service. I knew that customer attention and service were fundamental pillars to achieve this, so I dedicated myself to various training courses in these key areas. My goal was clear: to acquire the necessary tools to provide exceptional service.
In early 2025, life presented me with a wonderful opportunity when Happily Ever Travel Agency opened its doors to me. This agency not only became my professional home but also a space where I’ve been able to grow and specialize in iconic and truly magical destinations. I’ve immersed myself in intensive training on Disneyland, Disney World and Universal Orlando parks, learning every detail to create unforgettable experiences. Additionally, I’ve expanded my knowledge in the fascinating world of cruises, specializing in Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean.
My career is a journey of constant learning. I stay continuously updated, always seeking the latest news and the best options for my clients. I love planning every detail of a trip, from the initial planning to the return home, with the firm purpose of ensuring every person enjoys truly wonderful and unforgettable vacations. My greatest satisfaction is seeing the joy on the faces of those who trust me to make their travel dreams come true.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It certainly hasn’t been an entirely easy road. One of the most significant challenges I faced was the need to effectively communicate in English. As a native Spanish speaker, it’s essential to be able to converse fluently in English within the tourism industry, and I’m constantly studying to improve. Every challenge along the way is an opportunity to grow stronger and reach new heights.

My work as a Disney and Universal travel agent is truly a dream come true. I specialize in family trips, romantic getaways, and honeymoons, crafting experiences that create lasting memories. I’m known for my meticulous attention to detail and for making the travel planning process seamless and enjoyable for my clients.
What I’m most proud of is helping people fulfill their travel dreams. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the excitement and joy on their faces when they embark on a journey I’ve helped them plan.

However, the human touch of a travel agent will remain invaluable, as people will always seek expert guidance and a trusted partner to navigate the complexities of travel and ensure truly memorable vacations. We’ll also see a rise in demand for unique, off-the-beaten-path destinations alongside the continued popularity of iconic ones.
