Today we’d like to introduce you to Graciela Pessagno.
Graciela, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Since I was a child, I had the dream of one day getting to know the Land of Magic. I came from a humble family, I knew this dream was almost impossible, but part of me always believed that at some point my dream would come true. My dream came true at age 32, already married, with my baby in my arms and another one in my womb.
When I came across that huge castle, I couldn’t hold back the tears, tears of gratitude ran down my face.
I was there, facing Cinderella’s Castle, my dream was real!
Since then, Walt Disney’s phrase has become my mantra “If you can dream it, you can do it…”
After traveling to Orlando several times, I had the desire in some way to be able to help people achieve this dream too. Then, in 2020, @orlandobygra was born with personal tips on planning and economics.
And in this same year, I found the courage to make another dream come true, to have the experience of living in the USA. It took 13 months of planning and today, my family and I live in Orlando. And with @orlandobygra, I can share my daily life here in the Land of Magic with my followers.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My way here was difficult but happy. Even in the face of so many difficulties, I knew that one day I would be able to fulfill my dream. I never stopped believing and fighting for him. I always, God very present in my life, I never gave up on dreaming and having faith.
I always say that with faith and determination, our dreams come true!
And now, I’m here in Disney’s “backyard”, living another dream.
I am grateful every day for being able to live this! Gratitude defines me!

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My best memory: when I lay on the couch at home for hours watching Disney classics. Cinderella and Snow White were my favorites. I smell my mother’s cornmeal cake…
