Meet Hilary Hall of Hilary Hall, Real Estate Consultant

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hilary Hall.

Hi Hilary, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always loved real estate and am passionate about how important it is for people to have the sense of comfort and security of a home.  Professionally, my path started prior to the market crash working with Ginn at Reunion Resort & Club and Bella Collina. I realized that I loved sales because in sales, the importance of making of connections and nurturing relationships was critical – and for me, I am naturally relational so it simply felt “right.”  Post the crash, I made the decision to explore another passion of mine: hospitality and events. After over a decade as the sales and marketing manager for Florida with Alexandria Restaurant Partners (locally, Cafe Tu Tu Tango and Mia’s Italian Kitchen), Covid turned everything upside down in that industry.   While I loved my role and I loved my hospitality industry colleagues – I decided to seize this moment to pivot back to my first professional interest and I followed my heart back “home.”  Now, as a toddler mom, wife to an amazing man who serves others as a nurse, and an owner of a growing and thriving business. I’m so grateful to exercise what I love at a professional level each day and even more so grateful that my successes positively impact the people I work hard for.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Smooth road…is there such a thing? Ha! Naturally, sales require a personality type that is outgoing and confident. When you’ve worked in an industry with such a close-knit group of people for 10+ years, it is easy to authentically exude confidence and self-belief. Transitioning to the real estate industry required me to dig deep and recognize that success meant 100% betting on ME – trusting myself. I believed I had what it took to build a thriving business in this realm, but also knew I had to break through the internal fear in order to truly get to work. No part of the daily grind of real estate is organically “smooth,” but that part was not a concern of mine. My history in event management made the “chaos coordination” piece natural, and all the rest just had to come from within and during a pandemic.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Hilary Hall, Real Estate Consultant?
Florida licensed REALTOR® practicing in Central Florida/Orlando area.

I am a natural “problem-solver” so working through challenges in this market have earned me the reputation for being a solution-oriented professional. I’ve never met a stranger, and believe the real estate process, while serious, should be enjoyable. I’m good for a laugh, my clients’ interests are my top priority and I have an upstanding professional reputation among my peers. I LOVE working with first-time homebuyers and families and am very comfortable navigating more sensitive situations such as probate/estate and divorce. Whether you’re looking to relocate, upsize, or downsize – I will zealously help with the buying and selling process making sure the client is confident and comfortable in the decision to move to the greater Orlando area. While I always wear a smile, am approachable, and am easy to work with – make no mistake, when it comes to negotiation, I’m ‘toddler mom tough.”

I have an educational background in marketing which is a major asset as I list and sell properties, and am a professional mentee of real estate guru and Million Dollar Listing’s, Ryan Serhant of New York. Through this partnership, I have developed a global reach of incredible professionals I trust that would be happy to assist with a transition outside of my areas of expertise.

As a wife to a nurse and past hospitality industry professional, I believe in giving back. If you are working in either of these industries and in the market to sell or purchase a home, reach out. I like to say thank you, and will never forget where I came from.

Service Areas: Orlando, Windermere, Winter Garden, Celebration & surrounding

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Boy, have I ever. I’ve learned more about flexibility, adaptability, empathy, grit, gratitude, humility, trust, and faith than I thought possible in a year’s time. I think the most positive takeaway was to be a “marigold.” My mom is in education and shared with me the story of the Marigold. Marigolds are considered “companion” plants; they reserve nutrients to share with in-need neighboring plants nearby. You never know when someone is going through a drought or is lacking the nutrients that keep them growing and healthy…so be a marigold in your community, for your neighbors, friends, and family. When you have extra nutrients…. give back.
