Meet Jackie Voigt

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jackie Voigt.

Hi Jackie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to the Orlando area with dreams of working for Disney. Over the next four years, I made the best friends, had the most fun roles, and was able to create magic for so many guests. I come from a long line of entrepreneurs, and a strong desire to create something of my own was pulling me away from Disney. A vent session with a cousin of mine turned into a proposition to start a Real Estate business. I thought he was crazy, but I had an incredibly supportive husband who gave me that push I needed to give it a try. I worked on a small team for the first two years of my real estate career where I learned from a great friend who took me under his wing and showed me the ropes. I quickly realized that real estate could give me the opportunity to make all of my wildest dreams come true, and I had a lot of dreams! My initial clients were those wonderful colleagues from my various roles with Disney, so to think that I could still work with those amazing people in my new career was just incredible! My mind continued opening to the endless possibilities of who I would be able to help, and I was inspired to extend my reach even further to philanthropic opportunities. As our team grows, I hope to be able to find ways for those who join the team to also see the limitless-ness of our industry and expand their minds to determine what their truly perfect life is and how to make it so they can live that out every single day.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
All along the way, an insane amount of hustle and grit has been needed. When no one tells you what to do or how to do it, it can get challenging to determine what the most productive things to do are. I found myself “busy” all the time. I was working 70+ hours per week, wasn’t spending quality time with my family and friends, and was not taking care of myself. I had no systems in place and just was working all the time because of it. My son was not quite two at the time, and reality slapped me in the face when he put together one of his first sentences to be “all done phone momma”. After finishing picking my heart up from the million pieces it had crumbled into, I knew something needed to change. That is when our systems were finally born. We put together an incredible machine that made it so we would never let our clients’ experience lack for anything. Our systems kept us organized which enhanced our quality of life and allowed a much better counter-balance to take place, and they also allowed us to get way more done and help more people because things were task-driven instead of reactive. I knew we had to hit rock bottom for things to change for the better, and I’m forever grateful to my son for shedding light on what my business was lacking.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We are a Real Estate business that is honored to help anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in residential real estate. Whether it is someone’s first home ever, personal vacation home, upgraded home, vacation rental, long-term rental, we love to help them all. We are proud of our Disney-like service that guides our clients through the process in any market every step of the way. We have incredible vendors who are waiting to help our clients with anything that goes beyond the scope of what we do, and we love connecting people with others we know will take great care of them. Our team has quarterly retreats where we reflect on the past quarter and plan for the upcoming quarter, and we also team-build and enjoy quality time with each other. We consider our clients to be clients for life and host events and send fun surprises to all of them throughout the year. We will go above and beyond to ensure our client’s success and happiness by bringing the magic of Disney to the real estate experience.
