Meet Jenny Jones of MIAMI

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenny Jones.

Hi Jenny, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into biohacking didn’t begin with curiosity — it began with a wake-up call.

For years, I was stuck in a slow, confusing decline of health. I was constantly exhausted, getting sick often, and dealing with symptoms that kept piling up without clear answers. I struggled with dangerously low iron, breathing issues, unexplained rashes, brain fog, inflammation, and a level of fatigue that made everyday life feel overwhelming.

I knew something was wrong — and I refused to ignore it.

Eventually, through deeper, functional testing, I uncovered what had been silently impacting my body for years: mold toxicity, along with bacterial overgrowth and parasitic load. It finally explained why my body felt like it was constantly fighting something I couldn’t see.

That discovery changed everything.

I began working with my incredible doctor, Dr. Matt Cook, who guided me through a comprehensive detox and gut-repair protocol. For the first time, my healing wasn’t about masking symptoms — it was about identifying and addressing root causes.

This was when I discovered the world of biohacking — and my life transformed.

I learned how deeply our environment, nervous system, mitochondria, gut, and cellular health affect everything: energy, hormones, immunity, mood, metabolism, and longevity.

I started making intentional changes — some small, some life-altering — and watched my body rebuild itself from the inside out.

I got my clarity back.
My energy returned.
My body finally felt safe again.

What started as a personal healing journey became a passion… and eventually, my purpose.

Today, I share everything I’ve learned so others don’t have to suffer quietly the way I once did. Through my podcast, platforms, products, and coaching, I help people understand their bodies, optimize their biology, and take control of their health at the cellular level.

I don’t believe in quick fixes.
I believe in root causes.
I believe in personalized care.
I believe in sustainable healing.

Biohacking gave me my life back — and now everything I build is rooted in helping others do the same.

Because when you fix the biology, everything changes.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road — and I don’t believe health ever is. I’ve learned that wellness isn’t a finish line you cross and suddenly everything is perfect forever. It’s a constant process of learning, adapting, and responding to what your body needs.

There have been ups and downs along the way, especially when dealing with things like toxins, bacteria, viruses, mold, and environmental stressors. Sometimes just when I feel like I’ve made progress, something new shows up that requires attention. But instead of feeling discouraged, I now see these moments as opportunities to learn more about my body and how to support it better.

The more I discover, test, and work on my health, the better I feel — mentally, physically, and emotionally. And that has made every bit of time, effort, and patience worth it.

This journey has taught me that true health isn’t about perfection — it’s about awareness, resilience, and continuously choosing to support your body in the best way you can.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I work at the intersection of longevity, biohacking, and functional wellness. I specialize in helping people understand their bodies at a deeper level — not just chasing symptoms, but uncovering root causes and optimizing health from the inside out.

I’m known for translating complex science into real, actionable tools people can actually use in everyday life. Whether it’s through my podcast, content, coaching, or products, my goal is always the same: to make advanced health concepts accessible, empowering, and sustainable.

I focus heavily on:
• Mitochondrial and cellular health
• Nervous system regulation
• Detoxification and environmental illness (like mold)
• Gut health and inflammation
• Longevity and performance optimization
• Personalized, data-driven wellness

What I’m most proud of is that my work comes from lived experience — not just theory. Everything I teach, I’ve had to learn for myself. I didn’t come into this space because it was trendy; I came into it because I had to heal my own body. That gives my work depth, authenticity, and empathy.

What sets me apart is that I don’t promote quick fixes, aesthetics-only wellness, or surface-level hacks. I emphasize systems, biology, and long-term sustainability. I care about why something works, not just that it works.

I also deeply value education. I don’t just tell people what to do — I help them understand why, so they can become empowered participants in their own health.

At the end of the day, my mission is simple:
I help people feel safe in their bodies again.

And I believe that when you fix the biology, everything changes.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I don’t think of myself as a reckless risk-taker — I think of myself as someone who takes intentional risks. For me, risk isn’t about chasing adrenaline or doing things impulsively. It’s about choosing growth over comfort, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.

Some of the biggest risks I’ve taken were personal before they were professional. I had to trust my intuition when it came to my health, even when it meant going against conventional paths, investing time and money into deeper testing, alternative treatments, and long healing journeys with no certainty of results. That taught me that sometimes the biggest risk is not changing.

Professionally, I’ve taken major risks by building platforms, businesses, and a personal brand around a mission rather than a trend. I’ve invested in education, product development, and long-term vision when it would’ve been easier to choose safer, more predictable paths. I’ve said no to opportunities that didn’t align with my values, even when they looked good on paper.

My philosophy around risk is simple:
If something scares me but aligns with my purpose, it’s probably worth exploring.

I evaluate risk by asking:
• Does this move me closer to who I want to become?
• Does it align with my values?
• Will I regret not trying more than I’d regret failing?

Failure doesn’t scare me nearly as much as stagnation does.

I’ve learned that growth always involves uncertainty, and waiting for perfect clarity usually means waiting forever. Some of the best things in my life came from decisions that felt uncomfortable at first — but deeply right.

So I don’t chase risk for the sake of risk.
I take risks in service of evolution.

And every time I’ve done that, I’ve become stronger, clearer, and more aligned with who I truly am.
