Hi Justin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start, maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
During Covid, the music industry started to see a change in talent. Since venues were unable to obtain the budget due to government shutdowns, DJs and entertainers alike were working for less and less money.
We noticed that some entertainers were still able to keep their prices up and we wanted to create a group of entertainers that could keep the best talent for the client as well as not lower the rates.
After starting in 2021, we have accomplished putting entertainers in multiple states, different countries and even private events in the Bahamas. We transitioned to a talent agency in 2023 based on the needs of the clients needing more and more from the entertainers.
All Good Entertainment now offers staging, lighting and full PA (with certified techs) to be able to run 20k people events!
Our brand is famous for saying “It’s All Good” because we can guarantee that the event will be all good.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As any business or brand, we have had some “bumps” in the road. From incorrect hiring of staff to the payment system. We have fixed everything, and the brand is self-sufficient with almost everything digital.
The DJs now can check in and out of the venue, and the client can see when the DJ has arrived. Within completion of the event, the entertainer is paid in full by either ACH, Zelle, or any other form of payment that they have asked for.

We’d love to hear what you think about risk-taking.
Getting entertainers to move their scheduling to one centralized location and have them all agree has been the most challenging and risk-taking. Getting everyone to trust someone to run their books.
