Hi Kaleem, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I began my cooking journey a little before my mother passed. I was always into cooking shows via cook or food network but I didn’t dive fully into the art until 2014. I found that the kitchen was a very therapeutic place and allowed me to transfer the way I felt into delicious dishes. Everything was self taught
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. Lots of trial and error but the outcome is always different. The key takeaway is knowledge no matter how it comes. The need for personal chefs has grown immensely so finding your niche and an audience can be tedious depending on what people like/dislike

I specialize in comfort dishes with somewhat of a rustic twist. Food with love and flavor. I’m most known for my sweet & spicy sticky wings & lamb chops! What sets me apart from others is my drive, attention to detail, and cheerful interactions with my customers. Orlando is such a beautiful city. I love the attractively old fashioned feel some areas offer however I’m still new to the nightlife scene but I see so many new restaurants I want to try. That’s always a plus
