Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Rancy.
Kevin, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Started in 2019, I was working at a warehouse full time and attended college part-time. September of 2019, I was late to work in a co-worker asked me why am I always late to work. I responded because I get out of late and school was an hour away. My co-work asked me what was my major. I told him Marketing specializing in sales Business degree. He told me I should look into real estate. That’s the day my life change.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There’s nothing smooth changing careers into entrepreneurship. A lot of my friends doubt me. I made a lot of sacrifices on the way. Especially when I quit my job and went for time not knowing when I will receive my first commission
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a local real estate agent with REMAX. I specialize in residential homes. I am known to get the job done. I am most proud of helping five families close on their homes in one month of a volume set of 1.2 million. What set me apart from others I am ambitious motivated and I take pride for what I do I love helping families closing on their homes and watching the smile on your face is that the closing table.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Who else deserves credit Jeremy Gomez a broker with G World properties. He taught me a lot about real estate. Jeremy Gomez was my role model. I admire how do you run his business. He helps me by showing me how to run a business.
