Today we’d like to introduce you to Lynnette Y Ortiz Nieves. 

Hi Lynnette, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
Saboreo is company speciating in the production of Mojo, a popular condiment that can be used in the preparation and flavoring of many traditional Spanish dishes and rapidly been integrated into the American culture and palate. Our products are free of sugar, or preservatives. 

The company was founded approximately on October of 2020 by Lynnette Y. Ortiz, CEO and President, a Puerto Rican entrepreneur inspired by her mom’s own recipe and initially sold its products amongst Lynette’s friends, family members, church members, and co-workers almost a decade ago before expanding into the commercial arena. 

Mrs. Ortiz is a highly qualified manufacturing professional holding a bachelor degree in a management and a master’s degree in Quality Control and bringing 18 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One of the obstacles that every entrepreneur has in his beginnings is fear; the fear of failure from inexperience in order to generate the acceptance of the product and the financial limitations that become challenges when creating a company from scratch; that is, to make your personal brand known that makes customers fall in love with your product by making the product something indispensable in their daily lives. 

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Mrs. Lynnette Y. Ortiz serves as Managing Member and CEO and is responsible for leading the company and developing the company’s culture and for its ultimate success 

and profitability Mrs. Ortiz is a top-performing manager with over 18 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance with excellent analytical, interpreting, and problem-solving capabilities and vast knowledge in quality control systems, environmental regulations, and a fast learner committed to deal with any tasks and to adapt and/or change as required by the business. 

I am proud of myself for my perseverance, character, courage, and desire to overcome in a business society led by men, it is a satisfaction for me that my company was born in the middle of a global crisis where I saw how God positions a dream of 10 years ago in one of the worst moments of humanity with the arrival of Covid 19 and how Saboreo begins to make itself known and grow in the middle of the pandemic. 

The success that Saboreo has achieved in such a short time is due to the diversity of uses that the product has that differentiates us from the competition, since our Mojo de Cilantro can be used quantity for salads, pastas, vegetables, potatoes, tacos, burritos and to marinate all kinds of meats, from fish, steaks, chicken, etc. It is a diverse product created for all types of use that offers an exquisite flavor to all your meals. That distinguishes us and makes us different from other products that have been on the market for years, in addition to the variety of flavors we offer such as mango, pineapple, tamarind among others.

As a woman believer in God, I always stay connected to Him through His word so I listen to many podcasts and preaching from people who inject wisdom into my life to be able to face the situations that come into our lives without calling them. I like reading and among my books this think and get rich, nobody takes my Crown when your words are my prayer, The mirror of Freedom among others.
