Today we’d like to introduce you to Madison Campbell
Madison, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started “The Blush Bakery” in February 2021. Living with Celiac Disease, it’s so important to me that I offer gluten free options for others like me that can’t have the same treats as everyone else. That’s why I’ve been devoted to ensuring everything on my menu has the option to be made gluten free! I offer cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, jumbo cookies and more.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My only obstacle has been trying to juggle having a full time job and successfully run my business. My goal is to be able to do baking full time by the end of 2025.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Everything on my menu can be made regular or gluten free. I am mostly known for cakes; my favorite type of cake to make is a vintage style piping. I’m most proud of how far I’ve come and the skills I’ve learned considering I’m a self taught baker.
How do you think about happiness?
My husband, Caiden and I got married in 2023 and it has been amazing! He has been so supportive of my business since we met and to this day he is my biggest cheerleader.
