Meet Maria Navarro

Today we’d like to introduce you to Maria Navarro.

Hi Maria, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am originally from Caracas, Venezuela. I reside in Orlando, FL with my husband and my children. Real Estate for me is 100% emotional and it is about creating excellent relationships with the people I met. I always look to save my clients time, effort and money. Training is an essential part of my business. I keep myself updated in the different areas in which I can assist better my client such, as Sale, Purchase and Investment in Real Estate. I love to be a resource of valuable information and build good relationships with my customers and that is why my past clients consider me their friend and I am so thankful for that. I’ve been fortunate that my experience translates to better serve my customers in selling/purchasing their homes. In my spare time I love to cook and try new recipes. I am always looking for new and interesting dishes to share with my family.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has never been a smooth ride, Real Estate’s transactions most of the time become very emotional for the people involved. In the same way, each transaction is different and presents some type of “turbulence”, which can only be overcome in the best way by the hand of a Realtor with experience, empathy and dedication. Set expectations from the beginning and good communication are key. Selling or buying a property is one of the biggest investments in anyone’s life and this is why I don’t take it for granted.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My main goal is to save time, money and effort to my customers. I focus on build one on one relationships, and that is what it has helped me on growing my business. Most of it comes by referrals from past clients, family and friends. There will always be direct communication with me. Also, one of my personal goals is to be a resource of information to my clients and friends. As your REALTOR® my goal will always be to put your interests above my own and to provide you with the most reliable information to make the best decisions for you and your family’s Real Estate needs. As your REALTOR® I will use all my experience, my generosity, and my creativity to help you achieve your goals. I will do the heavy lifting for them, I will simplify the selling and/or buying process and get them the best price for their home.

What matters most to you?
What matters the most to me is my family. My kids are always watching me and at the end of the day, my actions speak louder than my words. Time for me is very important as well, I know that once you spent it you will never get it back. I am very loyal and trustful to my client’s needs and goals, so having that back in return from them is priceless to me.
