Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Rosa.
Hi Michelle, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I arrived in Florida from Puerto Rico in 2015 with nothing! I worked in several jobs — I was a cashier, worked in factories, and so on. My journey in the Teeth Whitening Technique began in October 2020, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, as I was looking for a new source of income since everything had shut down, including the company where I was working. I was at home, but never without working, because I was making natural products, selling them, and finding ways to generate some income.
I remember seeing a post on Instagram about classes and becoming certified in Cosmetic Teeth Whitening Technique. That’s how I started doing teeth whitening, improving the smiles and confidence of many people right from a spot of my living room. It was a challenge because sometimes people tend to see you as less professional depending on where you’re located. I also offered mobile services and always found a way to keep going, no matter the circumstances. Starting my Instagram page with the name of my business, Glow Smile By Michelle.
Along the way, I got certified in other cosmetic areas such as intimate area lightening, laser hair removal, and I returned to pedicures—something I had studied and worked on back in Puerto Rico in 2014 before moving to Florida.
In 2021, I also trained in the area of Credit Restoration, which I also worked on from home. I was always looking for ways to help people in one way or another while also testing different income sources to keep moving forward. That’s how my entrepreneurial journey began, and I will always be grateful to every person who trusted me!
Later in 2023, I had the opportunity to have a space to offer my services inside Unique Diamond Spa in Lake Mary, Florida, where I still continue to this day.
In 2020, I was also making motivational videos for all the people who followed me on Instagram, on my page Reverdeciendo por su Gracia. In 2022, I started something even more beautiful—creating videos speaking about the Word of God. That’s where my idea was born to share the message through a segment called From My Car with God ” Desde mi carro con Dios” , where I make 3-minute reels sharing God’s Word and faith, which is what keeps me standing and has helped me continue despite all of life’s ups and downs.
For the past 3 years, I’ve had the opportunity to speak at church events where I congregate, share messages with women’s groups where I’ve been invited, and it has opened doors for me to reach people and women who desperately need to know that with God’s help and our effort, we can accomplish what we set out to do.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In fact, it hasn’t been easy. Even after 5 years of entrepreneurship, there are still ups and downs. The biggest challenge has been stepping out of my comfort zone and having to flow more in another language, reaching new clients, facing slow seasons, and making myself and what I do known. That’s why I always give my best and offer kind treatment so that clients feel comfortable and, above all, can see the fruits of my faith and the love of God.

Teeth Whitening Technique
Known in the professional field for performing Teeth Whitening, what sets me apart is that it’s not a common service, and in the Sanford or Lake Mary area, it isn’t either. With Glow Smile By Michelle I’ve been able to reach many people in the community and from different places who follow my page, including Puerto Rico.
On the other hand, on my page I share the message of the Word from my car — my place of inspiration and peace where I read and can share the message I’ve read.
With my brand, I want to reach many more people and impact lives. What I love most about what I do is being able to give people back their confidence when they smile! I love seeing them leave my studio smiling and eager to recommend me. The same goes when I perform pedicures — I believe that beautiful, relaxed feet are ready to take steps of blessing!

Perseverance
