Hi Mona, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
After spending over a decade in the real estate industry, gaining experience in many different facets, including sales, I found myself at a crossroads. I wanted something more. Something of my own. I loved real estate, every bit of it, but I knew sales wasn’t where I thrived. And going back to a salaried job just wasn’t the path for me.

What I really enjoyed was working behind the scenes, managing the details, staying organized, and helping others succeed. Over time, I noticed a recurring pattern: agents were overwhelmed, trying to juggle every part of the transaction while also focusing on growing their business. I knew there had to be a better way to support them.

With a deep understanding of what it takes to run a real estate business, from contracts and deadlines to compliance, client relationships, and branding, I felt a strong pull to step into a different role. One where I could support agents not just survive but truly thrive. I envisioned being the kind of partner who brought peace of mind, someone agents could trust with their transactions, knowing I understood the details, the importance of reputation, and how vital good communication is.

And I knew it had to be done with intention, building relationships at each agent’s comfort level, helping them gradually feel confident in letting go of the things they didn’t need to carry alone.

I got to where I am today by staying focused on service, excellence, and faith. I’ve developed systems, templates, and checklists that evolve constantly as I find better ways to serve at an organic level, not rushing the process.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I honestly didn’t think I was cut out to be a business owner. The idea felt too big, too risky, and I couldn’t see a clear path forward. But deep down, I knew I was meant for something more.

There were seasons when I had no idea how the next month would unfold financially. Still, I held on to the reason I started, trusting that faith and hard work would carry me through.

Another hard lesson was learning to advocate for my services without feeling like I was “selling” myself. It took time to build the confidence to clearly communicate my value and set healthy boundaries.

In the beginning, it was also difficult to say no to requests, to agents, to things that didn’t align with my values or my capacity. But I’ve learned that protecting my time and energy is essential for long-term success, both for me and for the agents I serve.
