Meet Natalie Hawthorne of NH Realty Group, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Hawthorne.

Hi Natalie , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Sundresses in the Park was born from a mix of joy, healing, and purpose in March of 2025. I genuinely love sundresses, flowers, being outdoors, and the way nature has a way of slowing us down and bringing people together. There’s something powerful about sunshine, fresh air, and shared smiles, and I wanted to create a space where all of that could exist in one place.

The event is hosted annually in Downtown City Park in Auburndale, Florida, and it’s an annual community celebration proudly hosted by my real estate brokerage, NH Realty Group, alongside Hustle World Rentals. What started as a simple idea has grown into a meaningful platform that blends lifestyle, business, and community in a very intentional way.

The event is an annual community celebration and it’s designed to spread positive energy while creating meaningful experiences for both attendees and businesses.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been perfectly smooth, but I don’t see that as a struggle, I see it as part of the beauty. I don’t sweat the small stuff when putting this event together. Sundresses in the Park is meant to grow organically, not feel forced or overproduced.

Last year, I planned to create a full flower wall for the stage. I stayed up late nights hand-crafting a dozen paper flowers myself. On the day of the event, my back was hurting and I wasn’t feeling my strongest but instead of stressing, I adjusted. I placed the flowers throughout the park in simple, natural ways and let the day unfold.

That moment reminded me why I love outdoor events. Nature itself is priceless. The sunlight, the trees, the breeze, and the energy of the people do most of the work. The event doesn’t need perfection. It needs presence, joy, and authenticity.

That mindset has carried me through everything I build: lead with intention, stay flexible, and trust the process.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am the Broker-Owner of NH Realty Group, a boutique real estate brokerage based in Auburndale, Florida. I’m also the Co-Owner of Hustle World Rentals, a community-focused company that supports events and local initiatives. Together, these businesses allow me to blend real estate, entrepreneurship, and community engagement in a very intentional way.

I’m known for leadership, mentorship, and building platforms that help others grow. Beyond transactions, I specialize in guiding agents, entrepreneurs, and small businesses through visibility, confidence, and sustainable growth. I focus on creating environments where people feel supported, educated, and empowered to succeed.

What sets my brands apart is heart and authenticity. Whether it’s through real estate, events, or business mentorship, I lead with purpose rather than pressure. I believe in organic growth, meaningful relationships, and showing up consistently for the community.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust we’ve built. NH Realty Group isn’t just known for selling homes, it’s known for professionalism, integrity, and leadership.

It’s more than about business, it’s about connection, resilience, and creating spaces where people and communities can thrive. My motto at NH Realty Group is “Your Vision Is Our Purpose.”

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I view risk as intentional, not reckless. The biggest risks I’ve taken involved building businesses, hosting community events, and stepping into leadership roles without guarantees., only vision and preparation. I’ve learned that growth often comes from choosing resilience and consistency, even after setbacks. I’ve never been afraid to take risk. I move forward with purpose rather than fear.
