Hi Neve, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been in love with the idea of creating a legacy. My firstborn baby girl was born in 2019 which inspired me to push myself to entirely new limits, even with life throwing all of its curveballs. After college where I studied Radiology, I realized I wanted to do something I actually enjoyed. Flash forward to October 2020 when I found out I was expected baby #2, a baby boy! For someone who’s not interested in makeup, I fell in love with eyelash extensions because it accentuates our natural beauty without any major cosmetic changes. I began my lash journey six months pregnant getting certified in Classic only, when I was eight months pregnant I went back and got certified in all styles. I’ve been lashing for almost a year now and I’m so glad this is what I chose to do! I look forward to continuing this never ending Nlove Lashes journey & allow the world to fall in love with their lashes!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not the easiest experience I had in mind! In the beginning, I struggled with eyelash retention. This means the lash extensions were not lasting as long as they should be. This caused a few of my clients to not want to return. Since then, my retention has increasingly improved with trial and error so thankfully, this problem no longer persists.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
I’ve learned to never take things for granted because they can be taken away just as fast as they were attained.
