No Plans Let’s Travel, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We have always loved traveling. We would post our journeys on our personal social media pages and it would receive an overwhelming amount of love, from all of our friends and colleagues.
This pushed us to decide to not only give them more insight into our world of travel but to invite as many people as possible along for the ride, thus starting “No Plans Let’s Travel”.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been smooth. We’ve experienced several hurdles from planning trip itineraries, to language barriers in certain countries, even figuring out what to shoot for an episode. Also, we had no idea how much work goes into sequencing and editing an episode.
This endeavor has taught us a lot! It’s an experience that we wouldn’t change for the world no matter how many struggles come our way because we realize we’re very fortunate to be able to travel the world and we love what we do.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
We are the founders of “No Plan Let’s Travel LLC”. It is comprised of a YouTube travel channel with the same name, as well as a website that offers travel accessories and necessities. What we’re most proud of is having the courage to get started.
It takes a lot to put yourself out there and open yourself up for criticism and scrutiny, to share your experiences from your perspective. I would like to believe that what sets us apart is the quality of the videos that we put out and the fact that we’re relatable to the everyday people who dream of traveling around the world because we are them.
