Today we’d like to introduce you to Ola Ganis.
Hi Ola, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I started my first steps in Permanent Makeup industry just a year ago having a Bachelor’s degree of Law Lol. I visited my family in Eastern Europe and was studying at the same time in the Permanent makeup school right there. My teacher/mentor organizes and judges the most important world championships in this industry (Global; Wulop). I felt like I’m more proud of my Permanent degree than when I received a Business Law degree. I was delighted with success and demand for this profession, which has reached a new level, where is no longer a space for microblading and other outdated and inefficient techniques. I took my new skills to my lovely city Orlando, and I was very excited to practice a lot and to start my new journey here. I think that in this year, I did a great job; I worked for myself at first, then I worked (working) in the two most respected studios in Orlando, where all my work is highly valued, which gives me an incentive not to stop, but to move on. And this is just the beginning…
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It is a very complicated road. Sadly, but Marketing means much more than skills in this field.

I’m a permanent makeup artist; I specialize on all advanced face techniques as nano-hair strokes, Gradient brows, Smokey eyeliner, etc. I’m studying also scar camouflage and areola reconstruction. My mission is to provide a good mental health to all women/men through appearance improvement.
What do you think about happiness?
Happiness is a journey, not a destination’. Ben Sweetland. This emotion can be fleeting, it is not always guaranteed, and, even more, it might be unknown or really hard to define.
