Today we’d like to introduce you to Omarys Alarcon-Arroyo.
Hi Omarys, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
From a very young age, I learned with my mother to create jewelry, it was one of our hobbies. My parents had a consulting business and on special occasions, we prepared jewelry to give to clients. Since 2012 I moved to Florida looking for better health services for a son diagnosed with Autism. In 2017, my mom visited me and brought from Puerto Rico all the tools to create jewelry. I returned to the practice of the hobby but this time with a therapeutic approach to help me with anxiety problems and using genuine crystals such as Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Amazonite, etc. When I saw the wonderful results in my health and I was able to pass it on to my family and close friends, I decided that I should pass it on to everyone who was within my reach and would give me the opportunity. I have experience in business establishment and consulting, BBA in Business Administration and Human Resources, and a master’s degree in Service Management, so I started promoting my product and story on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok). The questions began to come from everywhere, so I began to educate my followers by creating content related to the information, benefits, and energetic properties of minerals, as well as how to cleanse, recharge and program them using the system of energy centers (chakras). My mental health was radically affected by the divorce from the father of my children in 2012. It was my darkest moment and I thought that love did not exist because of the great pain I felt despite having sought professional and spiritual help. After 1 year in complete sadness, failure, guilt, and other emotions that I allowed myself to feel, I started practicing yoga and meditation as part of my complementary health plan (which I prescribed myself…lol) along with the medical treatment of my psychiatrist and psychologists. Returning to my hobby, second income for my home, and above all my health gave me more motivation to continue sharing, also in the form of gratitude to God, the Universe, and the Planet for the beautiful resources that it provides us. In 2019 I was left without a job, while I found another job, ROR Studio provided me. In 2020 I found another new job that could not materialize due to the pandemic. Although for many they have been years of many problems, for me they were very blessed. Take advantage of the time to grow my business, get certified as a Yoga Instructor, Reiki practitioner, and take my business to another level, offering holistic services for personal growth and development, mindfulness, and empowerment. I offer jewelry workshops for personal use or business opportunity. I also offer free service for families and people with special needs with a lot of love because I know from my own experience that it is of great help and benefit for health. In 2021, I rented a small studio to offer live services, however, the distance reach through social networks has been greater. Since 2021 I also had the opportunity to start monetizing my Facebook account, this has allowed me to make one of my dreams come true, which is to offer all my services for free to all followers. In my pages, I share yoga practice, meditation, workshops on the law of attraction, visualization, and all kinds of motivating information that inspires us to create and above all to see love as one of the keys to success.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been an easy road, in addition to what I already told you in the previous question. I have faced the technological challenges of these times. I am 43 years old and I feel like I have always found myself in the middle of the old and the new. In my high school I studied vocational studies in commerce, I remember that we used typewriters, in my last year before university, it was my first experience with a computer and the internet (dial up). Everything I have learned from social networks, including the programming and coding of my website, I have learned through YouTube, thanks to what others share I have been able to learn and carry out my business with very little investment. Another challenge also related to technology is that the age range of my clients is between 25 and 70, so sometimes I have had to give courses on how to make purchases and pay online.

I am Energy Balance Coach, Certified Yoga Instructor, Crystal Expert, and the artist of all genuine crystals accessories. Each piece is made and handpicked selected with love, light, and positive energy.
Our mission is to help you in the process of restoring the harmonious flow of energy that translates into a feeling of well-being, relaxation, centering, increased vitality, and self-embroided.
Through the activation of the 7 main energetic centers in the body, we can reconnect the mind, body, and heart, understanding, appreciating, and using tools such as crystals, yoga, meditation, and Reiki.
We offer workshops such as: crystal for healing, gemstones accessories, chakras, self-love, law of attraction, colorology, and more that promote creativity, confidence, and empowerment.
I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister and above all a woman dedicated to the service of God and my neighbor. The internet and social networks have been a very interesting challenge in my personal and professional life; however, I am pleased to be able to offer, publish and share all kinds of information related to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, which have It has been so beneficial to me and my family. This motivated me to certify myself in order to extend the services.
The name of my business is in honor of the women in my family, ROR are the initials of the names of my mother and my sister (both Rommy), and my name Omarys. My name in the logo is in the shape of a heart because from my own experience love has been the key in everything I do in my life accompanied by the symbol of infinity. I have always had the attitude of service. In 2017 I started my ROR project which has given me the great opportunity to offer my services and products related to holistic health and wellness.
In 2021 another great event marked my life; my sister was diagnosed with cancer. Each situation in my life has been a learning process and a unique experience to grow in love and be able to continue reaching more people and contributing with love to the best of my ability. The best way I felt I could accompany her in her process was to cut my hair 13 inches long and donate it to her in case it was needed in the future. After 6 months of chemotherapy, we were able to celebrate her successful recovery accompanied by love, light, good vibes, and prayer from me, the family, and everyone who knows me, including my clients, because we have created a very beautiful relationship where I share them through social media almost everything in my life.
I try to make a difference in the way I do my work, with love, with empathy, guiding in the best way I can so that everyone can obtain better results using quartz, yoga, meditation, essential oils as well-being tools., etc. Although sometimes many people do not understand at first or may confuse these tools with religious, spiritual practices, or esoteric rituals. I do my work with the intention of love and that we can all be light and share it with others to help us in the process, it is a way of letting people know that we are not alone.

Any big plans?
My future plans are to continue expanding and growing through social media, reaching more people to help them in any way possible, and empowering others to do the same as me, believe in their dreams, set their goals, and take the necessary actions to May they be successful. I like to connect people, sometimes they ask me things I don’t know, but if I know someone who can help, I refer them. I really like helping small businesses, making recommendations if they ask me, promoting other people’s pages, etc. I have gotten to where I am thanks to God and to all the people who have supported me, in gratitude, I do the same for others.
I even share my knowledge of jewelry, my suppliers, and prices. I don’t see anyone as competition, everything I do that can help others and see them prosper gives me joy as if it were myself.
My new project is a manifestation journal that includes a t-shirt and will be the preamble to a workbook that I am writing with all the tools that I use for my well-being and my family. I haven’t announced it yet but it’s started, the shirt and journal are in the mail. The name of the project is “Colorful Living” in honor of all the colors of the energetic centers, my colorful personality, and in representation of my Autistic son (the rainbow puzzle symbol of autism)
