Meet Patty Bowser-Montes of Winter Park, FL

Today we’d like to introduce you to Patty Bowser-Montes.

Hi Patty, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Every morning, I begin my day in devotional time with the Lord, Jesus Christ. In April 2015, I entered into a season of fasting, intentionally seeking His presence. During the second week of that fast, one morning I was given a vision so vivid and clear that I felt compelled to begin designing what I was seeing. As a graphic designer, the process flowed naturally. I did not yet understand what I was creating or what it would become—but when I finished, it was a logo. That moment marked the birth of All In 1 Body.

As I looked at the completed design, the Holy Spirit immediately brought 1 Corinthians 12:12–13 to my heart. In that moment, I heard the Lord say, “This is the beginning of your ministry.” From that day forward, I began writing down everything He placed in my spirit. That week was filled with fasting, prayer, and an intentional pursuit of His presence, seeking confirmation for what God was revealing.

The Lord confirmed His word in a powerful and undeniable way. One night, the Holy Spirit awakened my husband and began giving him visions—numbers, names, and specific details. Through that confirmation, our very first community outreach was born: “Preparando Generaciones / Preparing Generations,” a bilingual initiative that united Spanish- and English-speaking artists to serve the community together.

God continued to speak, and we continued to write the vision. However, I never imagined the challenges our family would face along the way. We experienced seasons of great joy and deep hardship, made mistakes, and encountered disappointment. Yet through every high and low, I remained confident that God was in control—and He still is.

Over the past ten years, we have walked through countless events, marketplaces, seasons of opening and closing the online store, and many transitions. Through it all, All In 1 Body has remained standing as a ministry—serving the Orlando area through care bags for the homeless, mentoring, counseling, and more. This is not the end of the story; it is the beginning of a new season. God is doing a new thing.

“I never could have imagined what God was preparing me for or what He was creating through All In 1 Body as a ministry.”

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been an easy journey. We faced many challenges in securing sponsors, donations, and grants. In the beginning, it was especially difficult to drive traffic to our website. Selling our products became a way to fund our programs, feed the homeless, and provide much-needed resources to the community. There were times when I personally invested my own finances into the ministry to ensure the work continued.

A few years ago, support began to grow through word of mouth, and individuals generously gave to the ministry. I also created custom orders to help sustain our efforts. One of the ongoing challenges we face is that, as a small ministry without a physical building or large numbers, obtaining grants can be difficult. However, despite these obstacles, we continue to move forward and remain committed to serving our community.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am an educator, counselor-in-training, and community leader with a deep passion for developing the whole person—academically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially. I currently serve as a 4th-grade teacher, where I specialize in creating structured, engaging, and values-based learning environments that support both academic excellence and character development. My background includes business marketing, digital media production, leadership, and ongoing graduate-level counseling studies with a focus on trauma-informed care, crisis response, and mentorship.

Beyond the classroom, I am the founder and director of All In 1 Body, a faith-based nonprofit and mentorship initiative dedicated to breaking cycles through education, counseling, mentorship, and practical community resources. Through this work, I have spent over a decade mentoring youth, families, and adults—helping individuals rebuild confidence, purpose, and stability through holistic support. My work bridges education, counseling, ministry, and entrepreneurship, allowing me to meet people where they are while guiding them toward growth and restoration.

What I am most proud of is my ability to turn vision into action. Whether it’s designing curriculum, launching mentorship programs, supporting families in crisis, or building long-term community initiatives, I am known for my follow-through, compassion, and strategic leadership. I don’t just identify needs—I build systems, resources, and partnerships to address them sustainably.

What sets me apart is my whole-person approach. I combine strong academic structure with emotional intelligence, faith-centered values, and real-world solutions. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work, allowing me to lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose. I am deeply committed to service, excellence, and impact—and I believe true change happens when education, leadership, and love work together.

How do you define success?
I define success as living in alignment with my purpose while positively impacting others. Success is not measured solely by titles, income, or recognition, but by faithfulness, growth, and the lives changed along the way. It means using the gifts God has entrusted to me to serve with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

Success, to me, is seeing people restored—students gaining confidence, families finding stability, and individuals discovering their value and direction. It’s building systems and opportunities that last beyond me and empower others to thrive independently.

Ultimately, success is knowing that I showed up fully, led with love, stewarded my responsibilities well, and left people better than I found them.
