Today we’d like to introduce you to Ramona Crabtree-Falkner
Hi Ramona, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey to my business began when I was pregnant with my son, seeking a flexible career that allowed me to be of service to others. This led me to massage therapy, where I found fulfillment in helping people heal. As I planned to open a business, I realized yoga would be a great addition, leading me to yoga teacher training. This journey helped me reconnect with my higher purpose and natural abilities as an intuitive, empathetic practitioner.
Over the last 20 years, I’ve done deep soul work to heal mental, emotional, and physical challenges, confronting my own shadows of self-doubt, undervaluing myself, and feeling like an impostor—all while striving to be a good mother and spouse. Through this process, I’ve also experienced burnout multiple times, realizing that constant hustle and overgiving were unsustainable. These moments forced me to pause, reflect, and shift into a more aligned and balanced way of working.
For the past two and a half years, I’ve been undergoing a profound transformation, restructuring my entire business model to reflect this balance. Now, my work is not just about guiding others, but truly embodying the alignment, authenticity, and well-being I teach.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has been anything but smooth, but every challenge has been a teacher. Burnout, imposter syndrome, undervaluing myself, and worrying about what others thought of me were constant struggles. I pushed myself to exhaustion, striving for perfection, trying to balance home and work, and not knowing how to take my business to the next level. I hustled endlessly, prioritizing everyone else’s needs over my own, leaving little room for self-care.
Eventually, my body forced me to stop. A health issue made it clear that I couldn’t sustain the demands I had placed on myself. That was the wake-up call. I had to turn inward and apply the healing, mindfulness, and self-care I had been teaching others to myself. I committed to deep nurturing practices, aligning my mind, body, and spirit. And everything started to shift. I found joy again, realigned my work and life, and realized that when I cared for myself, I could show up more fully for others.
I also discovered that travel was a powerful healer for me. It became a way to reconnect with myself and gain new perspectives. These experiences inspired my book, which shares how my travels woke me up and guided my spiritual healing.
In the end, my struggles were a gift. They illuminated the path I needed to walk, and I embraced the work. Healing and growth aren’t destinations; they are lifelong journeys. And I continue to walk that path every day.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
From a young age, I found myself breaking barriers in male-dominated spaces. I was the only girl on the baseball field, determined to prove that I belonged there just as much as anyone else. Later, in high school, I became the first female technical director of our theater department, stepping into a leadership role where I had to earn respect and navigate challenges in an environment where I was forging new ground.
These experiences pushed me to develop resilience and inner strength, teaching me how to hold my own and persevere even when the odds felt stacked against me. At the time, I believed I had to be tough, to work harder than everyone else, and to push through any challenge without showing weakness. While this mindset helped me succeed, it also created an internal struggle—one that I later had to unlearn.
Through it all, my sister was my greatest support. Though we were in different baseball leagues due to our age difference, she was always there for me, cheering me on and inspiring me. While we took different paths in theater—her on one side of the stage, me behind the scenes—we remained each other’s biggest supporters. She taught me the value of having someone in your corner, and even now as adults, we continue to be each other’s pillars of strength.
As I grew, I realized that true strength isn’t just about being unshakable—it’s also about embracing vulnerability, softness, and the ability to receive support. I had to shift from constantly proving myself to trusting that I was already enough. These lessons became a foundation for how I live and work today, helping me find a balance between strength and ease.
Beyond resilience, these experiences also gave me the ability to take risks—an invaluable trait as a business owner. I’ve learned to trust in the risks I take, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Looking back, those childhood moments weren’t just about baseball or theater; they were about shaping the person I am today—someone who is willing to step into the unknown, break through limitations, and create space for others to do the same.
